- Manage $300,000 Multistate COIL Program project of US Department of State to setup institutional collaboration and COIL teaching partnerships between 18 Mexican/USA HEIs
- Design and lead two profesional development programs: COIL Course Orientation & COIL Academy for university faculty, with Blackboard Learn LMS for course delivery
- Serve on the FACT2 instructional technology advisory council of senior SUNY faculty/staff
- Supervise temporary employees and serve on hiring committees for senior/junior level colleagues
- Orchestrate collaborative network to engage with senior level staff and faculty throughout SUNY
- Co-organized 2016 & Annual COIL Conference attended by 400 participants and the 2017 Global Learning Conference atended by 250 participants

Instructional Designer and Consultant May 2012 – December 2013
- Consulted with faculty, planned and managed $50,000 project to outfit classrooms in 5 TCGS Global Centers with instructional technology to improve teaching
- Coordinated with Academic Affairs for 100 Blackboard LMS courses per semester for all instructional design and instructional technology issues in study abroad courses
- Led project to construct new electronic course evaluation and planned the feedback cycle between course evaluation data, academic staff, and instructors
