When you have an excused absence from class, you can makeup quizzes and/or participation through this assignment. You must separately turn in a deliverable, according to the below specification, for each excused class session that you miss.

Articulate the key ideas, FOR EACH assigned reading, for that class session, and connections among them, using either:

1. a Google Doc, containing a thoughtful paragraph and diagram FOR EACH assigned reading, plus another paragraph and diagram articulating connections among readings; or
2. or, assemble the paragraphs and diagrams into a thoughtful free-form curation (created with LiveMache).

In an additional paragraph, set of bullet points, or well-organized set of elements in a free-form curation, articulate how the reading(s) relate to each other and/or class assignments.

You will be graded on clear thinking and conciseness, not length.
