Instructions for sending emails

Hi there! Thank you so much for helping us send emails to your political representatives to ask for urgent help for Ukraine! Here’s how you can do it:

1. Find out whom you can send emails to! We started collecting links and adresses for some countries here, feel free to add on to the list. 
2. Find the templates of the email in the respective language folder. 
3. Copy the text from the google doc in your language into your email programme and edit it in your email programme
4. DO NOT send more than 20 emails in :bcc, to not deliver to SPAM folder.
5. Fill in the tracking document so we can see who was already been contacted by whom and where.
6. Ask your friends and family to send emails too - the more emails, the higher the pressure on our representatives to become active! Use this link: https://tinyurl.com/help-ukraine
