CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Triple Play - a mix of indoor cycling, indoor rowing and strength training.  All levels welcome!

Cycle/Core – indoor cycling followed by 15 minutes of core strengthening.  All levels are welcome!

SPIN – 45 min - indoor cycling class. All levels welcome!

Hatha Yoga –Stretch and Wind down with yoga.  This class is a great way to end the day.  Gentle moves that will help relieve tension and stress.  All levels are welcome!

Beginner Yoga - An easy introduction to Yoga with gentle poses designed to compliment our fitness classes with gentle stretching and muscle release.

Boot Camp - 45 minute class designed to target all major muscle groups while keeping your heart rate up for cardio fitness as well

Core & More - 45 minute strength class focusing on the Core muscles and other major muscle groups

Row & More - 45 minutes of indoor rowing and strength exercises

Power Mat - 45 minute class of Pilates type moves to strengthen Core muscles

Open Row - 45 minutes of instructor led rowing on our indoor water rowers.  All levels are welcome!
