20-20-20 - 20 minutes of indoor cycling, 20 minutes of indoor rowing and 20 minutes strength training.  All levels welcome!

Cycle/Core – 45 minutes of indoor cycling followed by 15 minutes of core strengthening.  All levels are welcome!

SPIN – 45 min - 1 hour cycling class. All levels welcome!

Hatha Yoga – 1 hour of yoga.  This class is a great way to end the day.  Gentle moves that will help relieve tension and stress.  All levels are welcome!

Row & Flow - 25 minutes of easy rowing followed by 20 minutes of easy stretch to start your day off right!

Intermediate Row - Designed for those who have completed the 6 week Indo-Row program.  

Indo-Row - 6 week program designed to take you from a beginner to an accomplished rower!  Works Legs, Core and Arms all while raising your heart rate for a complete overall Strength and Cardio workout!
