Can Bridgeway International Guarantee Courses Will Not be Canceled?
Yes. Because of the advantages of taking courses in an interactive online environment, we can offer the vast majority of our live, instructor-led courses as "Guaranteed-to-Run" (GTR). This means that class will NOT cancel, and you can be assured that it will be available when needed.
Can a Student Re-take a Course at No Additional Charge?
Yes. Most completed Bridgeway International courses carry our Learning Guarantee. This guarantee allows students to repeat most Bridgeway International courses, if they are the same version, FREE OF CHARGE within six months of completion of the courses. Exceptions: Any courses provided by affiliated 3rd party training providers. Note: If a student requests a retake for a course that has revised/updated content, they will need the most current courseware, and will be responsible for the purchase of the new courseware, admin fee, lab, and exam voucher.
What is your Friday cut-off time for class enrollments for the following Monday?
Class enrollment requests submitted on the Friday before a Monday class start must be received by 10:30 AM Central.
Class Confirmations
Class Confirmations are generally sent out within 36 hours of enrollment request.
How Do I Change or Cancel an Enrollment?
If you need to change or cancel a class, email class@bridgewayinternational.org and text 346-489-4975. We are happy to make any changes or cancellations in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
What is Your Cancellation Policy for Open Enrollment Application & Technical Classes?
We ask that you notify Bridgeway International more than ten (10) business days in advance of a scheduled class, should you need to cancel or reschedule a class seat reservation. This will secure transfer or refund of class costs. If a student chooses to cancel less than ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled training date, the student acknowledges responsibility to pay a fee representing 100% of the total amount due and will be rescheduled within six months.. No show students incur class costs but may utilize our free class re-take.
Class Start Times
Class start times are available at www.bridgewayinternational.org and will be in your email acknowledgement and class reminder emails.
What is Your Late Arrival to Class Policy?
We ask that students arrive and login 20 minutes prior to their class start time. If students arrive 15 minutes late, we may give the seat away to another student on stand-by and then you can reschedule within six months. If the student arrives 30 minutes late, they will not be admitted to class and will have to reschedule.
