We offer competitive wages and are looking for full and part time employees. We are hiring with some or no experience but the delivery drivers need to have a dependable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Camp Kamaji (Submitted (1/6/2017) Camp counselors and activity instructor, wilderness trip leader, cook, and nanny

Kamaji is a residential summer camp for girls located in Northern Minnesota. Each summer, 150 girls (ages 7-15) and 80+ staff members come together to enjoy the magic of camping.

We are looking for:

o Cabin counselors who teach one of the following activities: Photography, Ceramics, Arts and Crafts, Drama, Archery, English Horseback Riding, Dance and Fitness, Tennis, Sailing, Windsurfing, Standup Paddle Boarding, Climbing Wall and Low Ropes, Canoe, Kayak, Fishing, and Waterskiing (Women only)

o Wilderness Trip Leaders who lead trips from two to eight days in length (Women or Men at least 21 years old)

o Office Staff/Camp Drivers (Women or Men at least 21 years old)

o Assistant Cooks (Women or Men)

o Maintenance Assistants (Women or Men)

o Nanny (Woman or Man at least 21 years old and must have experience with toddlers)

Applicants who are spontaneous, hard-working, flexible, fun-loving, child-like without being childish, as well as those with TLC to give are welcome to apply.

Minimally, all of Kamaji’s staff work from June 9th until August 13th 2017.

Competitive salary based upon education, experience, qualifications, etc. Salaries range from $2,000 to $2,300 for the minimum summer employment period. Additional compensation is provided in the form of room and board plus a transportation allowance ranging from $100 to $400. Additional weekly salary beginning at $200 per week for pre- and post- season work.

We are currently seeking a customer service oriented individual to assist in the operations of the QU

bookstore. In this position, you will perform cashier and other retail duties including stocking shelves and maintaining store appearance. Previous retail & cash register experience a plus. This position coordinates care for high risk populations identified by the clinical team leader.  This position must work cooperatively with multidisciplinary care teams that may include: the member’s PCP, specialists, social worker/behavioral health specialist and community resource contacts, while functioning with professional autonomy under the supervision of their Manager/Director. This position performs appropriate assessments, organizes, collects, reviews and reports health and social information through member home visits and phone outreach, while demonstrating multicultural sensitivity and effective communication skills with members. This position follows established safety protocols in the community setting, as well as established preventive and disease management programs for health promotion and education, while delivering culturally appropriate information regarding the availability of health and community resources that will reduce barriers to care.   This position is field based.
