What are the different ticket types?

Premium - Front Row seats

Zone  A - Good Visibility                              

Zone B - Good Visibility                        

Zone C - Restricted View                        

Balcony - Restricted view and not fully accessible              

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us HERE with proof of needing a carer ticket.

Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket.

Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each Carer’s ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.

Here are some of the documents we accept:

• Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.
• Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
• Evidence of being severely sight impaired.
• CredAbility Access Card – + 1 category requirement.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Ticket changes

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Where is the experience taking place?

Royal Victoria Chapel,  Royal Victoria Country Park, Southampton SO31 5GA.

How do I get to the venue?

The railway can be found in the centre of the park, just opposite the Chapel.  Trains normally start from Piccadilly Station. From our Chapel Road station, adjacent to the car park, take the gravel path on the left up the hill and turn right. From the Cedar Tearooms, follow the road up the hill past the playgrounds.

 To get to the park:

By car: Follow the brown tourist signs off junction 8 of the M27 or A27. Postcode SO31 5GA.

 By rail: By train to Netley station on the main Southampton to Portsmouth line. The back entrance to the park is a 5-10 minute walk from the station. Follow the signs outside the station car park.

 By bus: First Bus No 6 goes to Netley Village from Southampton. From the village, follow the brown tourist road signs into the park via the main entrance along the coast road.  On foot: Pedestrian access points, other than those described above, are available via the Solent Way and the Hamble Rail Trail.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
