Welcome to the Montgomery County 4-H Shooting Sports Gulf Coast Triple Arrow Challenge

Join us for our first Triple Arrow Challenge. Archer's can only wear one belt buckle at a time... but collecting three custom challenge coins that hang proudly from your quiver? Now that’s the ultimate win. Whether you’re aiming to snag the full set or just want to drop by for one epic tournament, you’re invited to join the fun! Each event will be packed with friendly competition, awesome archers, and unforgettable memories.

SHOOTING TIMES:

There will be two lines: 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Lines will begin promptly!

Check-in will begin 1 hour prior to the line time. Equipment inspection will begin shortly after check-in begins.

Registration is $35.00

Please note that registration cost will be paid via the Saddle River Website in a special event portal. Upon completion of payment, you will receive a welcome email. The email will be followed by an additional link to the Waiver, if not completed now. Verification of payment and waivers will then issue a confirmation of complete registration.

All participants must fill out a Liability & Media Waiver

Awards will begin promptly after the second flight. Prizes will NOT  be mailed. Make arrangements with another person in your group to pick up awards if you cannot stay for the award ceremony. We will make all attempts to have the awards at the next tournament, but it is not guaranteed.

First Year Juniors (youth in grades 3rd - 5th, first year in a 4-H Archery Project)

Juniors (youth in grades 3rd – 5th)

COURSE OF FIRE and TARGETS:

This match consists of standard FITA 9-meter (10 yard) and 18-meter (20 yard) indoor rounds.

First Year Juniors will shoot the 9-meter distance consisting of 10 ends of 3 arrows each for a total of 30 arrows.

All Juniors, Intermediates and Seniors will shoot 18-meter distance consisting of 20 ends of 3 arrows each for a total of 60 arrows, with a short break between ends 10 and 11.

The time allotment for each end of 3 arrows is 2 minutes.

All archers will shoot either 40 cm FITA 5-color target face or 3-Spot target faces. (3-Spot target faces must be shot the entire round if chosen.)
