Dear School IT/Network Administrator,

SkillsUSA California is pleased to be able to offer the SkillsUSA members opportunities to participate in many activities and events, including our competitive events. Many events and learning resources will be provided in a digital format to continue to meet the needs of our advisors (teachers) and students. To support the delivery of the online materials and events, SkillsUSA and SkillsUSA California have partnered with a few platforms.

These platforms give advisors (teachers) and students access to their membership benefits, learning management systems, competitive event content, and more. To provide students with their respective content access, SkillsUSA California relies on the delivery of an authentication email to the email address on file for each member. While SkillsUSA California, SkillsUSA, and local advisors make every attempt possible to collect personal email addresses for each of our members, we often find that the email address supplied for a student is a school‐hosted email address on their district’s domain.

To ensure that our members receive authentication emails, we ask that the following domains be domain whitelisted on your network to allow incoming emails to be delivered to our student competitors.

skillsusaca.org

skillsusa.org

Skillsusa-register.org

www.skillsusa-contests.org

myabsorb.com

mycareeressentials.org

amazonses.com

skillsusalms.org

nocti.com

Additionally, SkillsUSA California uses GSuite, which includes Google Docs, Google Forms, and Google Slides. Students and advisors may need to access links to these applications to participate in our events.
