NEW ZEALAND MY PLACE IN THE WORLD.

Kia Ora is a way that you might be greeted in New Zealand.It is made up of two main islands and other small island’s that surround New Zealand.It is at the bottom of the world and is on the southern hemisphere. New Zealand has a very long coast line. New Zealand's closed country is Australia  is two hours ahead than Australia.

                                     SPORT

Sport in this country basketball the team is called the breakers the breakers are a very good team.The breakers try there hardest to support their country New Zealand. There are many other sports for example athletics,and rugby team is called The All Blacks.

                                   LANGUAGE

New Zealand speak english and Maori.It  has three 'official' languages: English; Māori and New Zealand Sign Language. English is the most widely spoken language in New Zealand. It is the language commonly used in the courts.

                                             WEATHER

The weather in this country at times it can be hot and mostly it is cold. New Zealand hot heat can get up to 30 degrees in the summer. But it is a different type of heat than Australia. Australia is very hot and we are just a bit colder.

                                   POPULATION

The population of New Zealand is approximately 4.5 million and  New Zealand's population is estimated to increase by one person every 5  minutes and sadly there are people dying every minute.This is a way that  can get the population back up a human's been born every minute so we do not know how many people in New Zealand.                    

                              FOOD

This country are not just stuck on one type of food because it is not kiwis that live in this country so we have Filipino food,Thai,French,indian so we are lucky that we have other amazing food to try.New Zealand style, there's lamb, pork. Bluff oysters, whitebait,  mussels, scallops, pipis.kumara sweet potato,4 kiwifruit.
