Roasted Asparagus


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb asparagus (washed and trimmed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • parmesan cheese

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400○
  2. Place asparagus in a large pan lined up so they aren’t overlapping
  3. Drizzle with coconut oil, lemon juice, and season with salt & pepper
  4. Sprinkle cheese over asparagus
  5. Cook for 15 minutes
