Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients: - 1 lb asparagus (washed and trimmed)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- parmesan cheese
Directions: - Preheat oven to 400○
- Place asparagus in a large pan lined up so they aren’t overlapping
- Drizzle with coconut oil, lemon juice, and season with salt & pepper
- Sprinkle cheese over asparagus
- Cook for 15 minutes
