Major Goal:  To produce an ever increasing number of program registrations and corporate solution projects while promoting a transformation in the lives of people and performance of organizations.

Key Result Area #1 - Customer Service

My job in this area will be satisfactorily performed when:

  1. The first and final session of all programs are attended.
  2. All workshops and webinars are attended.
  3. All accounts are contacted at least quarterly.
  4. All participants and managers are contacted according to ‘Participant and Manager Engagement Procedures.’
  5. In-bound voice mails and emails from clients are responded to within one hour. (within regular business hours, 8-5, M-F)                                    

Key Result Area #2 - Product Knowledge

My job in this area will be satisfactorily performed when:

  1. I am fully knowledgeable and can demonstrate the CIS with proficiency.
  2. I have successfully graduated from the core programs.
  3. Read relevant Internet articles daily and complete one business book a month.

Key Result Area # 3 - Prospecting

My job in this area will be satisfactorily performed when:

  1. Grad calls are made daily, having meaningful conversations, generating additional registrations.
  2. Manager calls are made daily, having meaningful conversations, generating additional registrations.
  3. Connect with prospects/clients via LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter on a daily basis as needed.
  4. Target list is kept up to date and contacted three times a week.
  5. One network event is attended per week with three qualified prospects scheduled for further conversation.

Key Result Area #4 - Lead Conversation

My job in this area will be satisfactorily performed when:

  1. Inbound web leads are contacted immediately upon receipt.
  2. Requests for information are emailed within two hours of the request.
  3. All lead follow-up calls take place according to procedure.
  4. All inquiry calls are handled with an incoming call track.
  5. All workshop and webinar attendees are contacted via phone within 24 hours.
  6. Conducting follow up phone calls with participants within 24 hours of program completion for referrals and customer intelligence.
  7. Opportunities for custom in-house projects are created when identified and followed up to according to procedure.

Key Result Area #5 - Activities and Sales

My job in this area will be satisfactorily performed when:

  1. An average of 12 phone conversations per day take place.
  2. An average of one networking event is attended per week.
  3. An average of 10 appointments per week are scheduled.
  4. I generate at least $240,000 collections in the first fiscal year (prorated).
  5. I generate at least $300,000 collections in the second year and every year after.

Key Result Area #6 - Administration

My job in this area will be satisfactorily performed when:

  1. Every phone contact (call, voicemail, no answer) is recorded as an activity in Salesforce.com.
  2. Every Open Lead, Opportunity and Contact has a Follow-Up task open for a date in the future.
  3. Cancellations, transfers and drops are processed within 24 hours of notice.
  4. Inhouse program project management is administered according to procedure as a team with the Administrator.
