Warning: The following pages list graphic details of multiple accounts of rape and sexual assault commited by members of local communities in Arizona.
Each and every account has been released with expressed consent from the victims. There are dozens of more accounts that have been left out of this document because so many people fear for their safety.
Before you see this and want to go after victims - remind yourself how incredibly difficult it was to go through this to begin with. Processing it, and maybe trying to speak out, and being threatened into silence. Somebody has MUCH more to lose when they accuse somebody of assault. Victims have lost career opportunities, had their reputation or character questioned, amongst being accused of having something to gain here.
This list was made out of a desperate need to tell these people’s stories, in communities that should be protecting their most vulnerable.
Plenty of these people have attempted to pursue legal action, have had rape kits done, and tried to go the route that some people have messaged me recommending. For every 1,000 rapes, 6 end up in jail time. Our society and legal system was not built to protect victims of sexual assault.
This has been made because victims are tired of being silenced, of trying to do the right thing and being dismissed. This has been made because these communities have protected predators for far too long, and at the very least, those involved in these communities need to have this information and then make their decisions to keep victims and any future victims safe. We went through this, and are speaking up now so that the next person won’t have to.

FAQ re: Concerns related to this document
Regarding concerns about false allegations - false accusations are statistically insignificant. I cannot express enough that if I removed every account where the person has friends that like them this document would be blank. Some are concerned that some accounts seem more vague than others - that is in an attempt to protect the victim’s identity / only sharing what they’re comfortable sharing. That does not mean it is the only information I was given, it just means it’s the only information that I received expressed permission to release. I have received quite a few vague submissions from questionable sources that I have chosen to exclude from the document due to the concerns about this issue. I think people don’t seem to understand that it’s not just someone messaging me going “yes x is a rapist” and I go okay, I’ll put them there. There is a process that I try to be as careful as I can, in addition to gathering more information every time I’m told an account is purely false.
Q: Why isn’t X on this list? They’re a known abuser.
A: I only list accounts with expressed consent from the victims, and therefore cannot include something that either hasn’t been brought to my attention, or the victim isn’t comfortable releasing.
Q: My friend hasn’t spoken to you but they’re receiving messages about being a victim, what’s going on?
A: I have spoken to each person individually, so if someone hasn’t spoken to me and is being assumed to be a victim then either:
1 is much more probable, however, if you recognize an account here that is similar to yours and believe that someone is lying to me, please just reach out to me. My top priority is keeping victims safe.
Q: Why are you doing it like this? Isn’t this just cancel culture?
A: I am doing this because I have people who want to share their accounts through this platform, who have otherwise tried different methods that achieved no results. I want it to be known because some of these communities are known for attracting minors, who are easily manipulated / groomed, and therefore do not break the cycle of silence. I am not saying any specific thing should happen to the people listed. I am saying nothing else has worked. Too many victims on here have tried to come out before and watched their communities sit back and do nothing. I don’t have all the answers but something has to change.
Q: So you don’t care that you’re ruining lives?
A: Every time we have the conversation about sexual assault, we’re reminded that the accused lives could potentially be ruined, but nobody wants to discuss the lifelong suffering that comes after being sexually or physically abused. Considering a majority of these stories have been made public and nothing has been done, the implication that a life will be ruined doesn’t matter to me. Lives have already been ruined, not just because of the assault but all of the victim blaming every step of the way after it. Asking for accountability within these communities is not cancel culture either.
Q: What is your goal?
A: For the victims to be heard, if that’s what they want. I understand coming forward is a traumatic, painful process and not everybody wants to heal in that fashion. That’s okay. There is not 1 correct way to respond to trauma. I support every decision a victim can make because there isn’t a wrong one.
STARTING WITH COMICS:
Marcus Raymond Gallegos (Tucson comic) Offered to give a female comic a ride home, she was in and out of consciousness due to drinking and he took her to his house instead. She came to, intermittently, to him taking off her clothes but ultimately ended up passing out. He raped her that night and she woke up with severe vaginal pain and he asked her if she was on birth control. She went to a hospital that confirmed she had been raped but was too traumatized to move forward with charges. A different female comic had been out drinking with other comics, and he offered to give her a ride home. They had kissed but she explicitly said she did not want to have sex. She was also in and out of consciousness, and awoke to him raping her, she said stop, and he left. Both of these events took place after karaoke at The Depot in Tucson.
Scott Waite (Phoenix comic) Exposed his genitals to a female comic in a car and then coerced her into a sexual act that she did not want to do. He then made multiple public posts about the incident, in addition to an hour long podcast where he outed multiple victims and downplayed his actions. He admitted to “being more aggressive than he should have” but when referring to the coerced assault, joked that “hey, it was pretty good though.”
Sean Dillingham (owner of The Comedy Spot in Scottsdale) has had multiple assault allegations against him. Forcibly kissed a female comic after performing, said “you can’t look like that and tell jokes like that and expect men not to want some.” Drags comic into a separate room, and forces her hand onto his penis. She got up, left, and the comic she was touring with and he continued to work with Sean. Was also told she was only allowed to perform there again if she “sucked his cock.”
Steve Maxwell (Phoenix comic) raped a local comic while she was trying to go to sleep and she woke up to him inside of her. She said no, he continued, and then ejaculated inside of her. When she asked that he purchase Plan B, he made jokes about what he was going to name their children and never purchased it. When she tried to come forward, he lied and told people she had been on top, as well as stating she “groomed” him, with him being in his 50’s and her being 22 at the time.
Bobby Johnson (local show producer / promoter at multiple venues in Phoenix , DJ): Approached a female comic and slapped her ass with enough force for her to feel it through multiple layers of clothing. Known for consistently making inappropriate remarks to female comics who are on his shows before / after their sets, and has been seen repeatedly crossing physical boundaries with women i.e. shoulder touching, caressing lower backs. Verbatim “yeah, he’s known for being handsy.” Grabbed a female comic by her vagina, insisted she wanted it, and when she told him to stop he said “well I guess you don’t want to do my shows anymore.” He has also asked that same comic for sex multiple times, in addition to touching her lower back / thighs repeatedly.
Jake Edward (used to do comedy in Phoenix, unsure of current whereabouts) locked a female comic into a room and attempted to rape her. She had to physically fight her way out of it.
John Buddah (Phoenix comic) Grabbed a female comic’s face and then kissed her without her consent. Approached a different female comic from behind, grabbed her by the shoulders and kissed her ALSO without her consent. When confronted, he said “sorry, I was just excited to see my friends.”
Gordon McKay (Phoenix comic) Told an ex-gf that he had liver cancer and only had 4 months to live so she would meet up with him. In a restaurant parking lot, he pulled her car keys out of the ignition, while forcing his face onto hers, grabbing her breasts and in between her thighs until he fell over from being severely inebriated.
Travis Thurman (Phoenix comic) Offered to mentor a young new comic, when they would meet to discuss comedy he would grab her by the back of the head and force his tongue into her mouth. While he was inebriated, he would expose his genitals and force her head onto his lap, promising to “network” for the victim. Told the victim he would be bringing over a “gift” and when she answered the door (she was wearing an oversized sweater) he put his head between her legs and forced oral sex on her. After the incident, he texted her to apologize but said he “couldn’t believe it (her vagina) was right there.”
Ryan Tillet (Phoenix comic) Crossed boundaries on multiple occasions, would insist on holding a woman’s hand, or after handshakes would pull her in for a hug while rubbing / touching her inappropriately. One night, “pretended” to be a male stripper and grinded onto the person, rubbing his penis onto them until they were able to push him off. Later that evening when she was trying to go back into the venue, he blocked the door and asked her when they were going to fuck. During a hug, slid his hand all the way down into the back of her pants.
Steven Yanez Romo (Tucson Comic, Entertainer, Musician, Bartender) Several accounts of sexual assault, sexual coercion, and preying on women/femmes that he has intentionally gotten intoxicated. Several accounts of secretly filming women/femmes during sex or performing sexual acts without their knowledge or consent, and then distributing that extremely explicit content of them to others, without their knowledge or consent. There are 15+ years of documented narcissistic psychological and emotional abuse towards his partners, that have left his victims extremely traumatized. This is a very dangerous man, who continues to hunt for new victims anywhere he can find them, often pursuing dozens of people at the same time. He is still actively hunting on dating apps. He uses his grandiose persona, charm, and “good name” in the community to make his victims feel safe. There are 30+ accounts of abuse and sexual abuse documented about him. MUSIC SCENE
Collin Newman / Gallows (Tucson hardcore scene, used to be singer of Minor Morals) repeatedly raped and beat a 15 year old when he was 21 and maintained illegal contact after serving a 4 month jail sentence for possessing underage nudes on his phone. When victim initially tried to come forward, threatened into silence for years while he continued to abuse women. Would show videos of him having intercourse with minors with the minor present in front of multiple friends.
Matthew Marcum Ugalde (Tucson hardcore scene) fairly well known within the Tucson hardcore community that he has raped and abused multiple women who were threatened into silence.
Ethan Pineda (Phoenix hardcore scene) Domestically violent and abusive, has been arrested for physically assaulting someone while they were holding a child. Has physically assaulted multiple women, as well as a long history of inappropriately exposing himself to his female friends.
Eric Silva (Tucson hardcore scene, member of band Hellhook) Repeatedly raped woman he had been casually seeing on multiple occasions. Would be told no and continue to escalate, assault, and try to manipulate victim into giving in and allowing the acts to continue. She would repeatedly say no and he refused to stop each time. When confronted, he claimed it couldn’t have been rape because they had been seeing each other.
David Lafonz (Phoenix hardcore scene, vocalist of No Altars) Has raped multiple women, victims who tried to come forward years ago were threatened into silence. Hospital records corroborating one victim’s story have been released. Has also targeted minors in past.
Tanner Johnson (involved in Phoenix goth / metal community, used to front Bloodlust, used to run Masters Chambers) Has choked multiple women violently to the point they have had bruises for over a week. At venues, has grabbed multiple (at least 4) women by their crotch, nipples / breasts, and has lifted their clothing while dancing. All without their consent. Has emotionally abused and manipulated women he’s been involved with. Violently choked a cat. During sexual encounters will choke, grab, bite and slap women without their consent in these behaviors. Has violently choked a MINIMUM of 3 women without their consent.
Wes of Masters Chambers (venue ran by him and Tanner Johnson, runs label / merch shop Make ‘Em Sweat Shop, sweatpants company called Realm of Comfort, and is in two bands Heinous and Rontgen) Started pulling a woman’s clothes down in public, when she told him to stop he said “why does the internet get to see you and I don’t?” During a sexual encounter, tried to force anal intercourse after being told no multiple times. After being told no, he hit the victim incredibly hard. Other women have corroborated his violent tendencies that are unconsensual during sex.
Connor Meyers aka Claude Dumonde or Monsieur Hiver (Phoenix music scene) History of sexually harassing women, once told then-girlfriend that she owed him sex because she was unemployed. She lived with him briefly after separating until she was able to move out. With his mom and sister in other room, he repeatedly asked if he could perform oral sex. She said no every time. He then climbed on top of her while holding her arms down and pulled down her underwear and started performing oral sex despite her saying no consistently. He finally stopped once she began to cry.
Jack Hunter (Phoenix punk show promoter and producer) has cornered and assaulted multiple women at house shows and punk events.
Nathan Page (in a local metal band, Adavant) told a woman that he had a phone charger at his house because her phone was dead after she had been drinking. Took her there, forced her to perform fellatio and forced her onto the bed and raped her as she cried. He is trained in martial arts and the victim feared for her life and safety due to not knowing where she was and not having a phone. She chose to remain silent due to the understanding of the current justice system we have in place.
Kevin Martin (in Burning the Martyr, believed he has since moved to LA) Forced a woman to drink alcohol, and woke up to the rapist’s mother putting her pants on. There was blood present and the victim was covered in bite marks and bruises. Has done to one confirmed additional victim. Band mates and the person's mother apparently are aware of these incidents and help protect the rapist. Supposed pictures were taken of these unconscious women, but the victim has not seen them.
Peter Resendiz (musician in Phoenix, singer of Sad Dance Party): known to target / groom underage girls, and has been outed for assault as well. Initial posts were removed. Uploaded video to Facebook where his penis was exposed to multiple minors as a “joke.” One victim was 16 while he was 18. She was young and sexually inexperienced. They were flirting and initiated a sexual scenario via text. In the conversation he asked her to promise him that she would “follow through” with what she said in the texts, when she said she couldn’t he became angry and stopped the conversation. Not long after, they were at his house and she stated that she was not comfortable having sex. He immediately attempted to have anal sex and she told him to stop. He coerced her into continuing. In future encounters he would force vaginal sex and then claim that it was an accident. In multiple following interactions he would pretend to not hear when she asked him to stop.
“Jean Pierre Loche” on Facebook, goes by Lunchbox, name is Ryan Laroche (Phoenix music scene, bassist of the band Ancient Egypt) Victim, who had been friends with him at that time and had previously had consensual encounters invited him over to hang out and drink, but victim became too drunk to consent and was in and out of consciousness. The last thing she heard was “Which hole do you want me to fuck you in?” before becoming unconscious again. Woke up in the morning in severe pelvic and anal pain. Bleeding from being anally raped and found a condom on the floor. She attempted to ask him what had happened because she was in pain, and he assured her that everything was okay because he wasn’t that drunk the night before. Had also mentioned to victim that he had previously had a separate sexual encounter with a man and a woman, but the woman “didn’t really seem to be into it.” When she tried to come forward she was threatened into silence, he claimed she was jealous because he had a girlfriend (which means that he cheated on) but the victim did not know that during the times of their consensual encounters. TK Campo (Phoenix musician / artist) Verbally / emotionally abusive to one victim who they had been dating, commenting on their body knowing the victim had an eating disorder, continually mocked their intelligence / called them stupid, and withholding affection unless sexual acts were performed. Victim is autistic and has sensory processing issues, he would hold them down and tickle them until they would be sobbing begging him to stop. Once the victim was crying and breaking down he would rub his penis against the victim and tell them “I love to watch when you squirm.” A friend of the victim’s passed away and while the victim was in clear emotional distress, he continued to initiate sexual acts despite the victim saying no and would laugh at them saying “oh, I thought you didn’t have a sex drive.” He raped a different victim while they were blacked out.
Alex Vanguard (local music scene) Person fell asleep after watching a movie in their bed. Started touching and penetrating the victim with their hands, and when they realized they had woken up they said “you’re so wet.” Continued to assault them and once they asked that they stop, they reluctantly said okay and the victim left.
Dorian Demetrulias (Former drummer of Madera Strand and Vio8r) Repeatedly sexually harassed women at local goth events, calling them names like “cunt” if they did not reciprocate as well as obsessive messages demanding attention from women he barely knows. This also includes physically assaulting people at events like shoving or name calling. Did not divulge to ex-partner that people he had slept with previously tested positive for HPV after stating he had also slept with another person, unprotected.
Pondaza Santiel AKA P-Status (owner of beatsforbudgets.com which is now pstatusbeats.com sells beats to local rappers, previously affiliated with a group called Kobra) Raped then partner constantly over the course of 5 ½ years of the relationship. Physically and emotionally abusive, gaslit victim into justifying the abuse. His daughter told the victim that her uncle (daughter’s uncle) was molesting her, and when the victim told Pondaza he threw her into a wall and told her to “never bring up old family stuff again.” In one instance, the victim confronted him about cheating and he knocked her to the floor, held a knife to her throat and said he would kill her. He left while his children were forced to tend to the cuts and clean blood off of the victim. Tried to run the victim over with a car.
Philemon Lucero (Phoenix musician, bassist of Honey Danger and the I 10 Shooters) Invited victim over to hang out, started kissing consensually but the victim did not want to proceed. He started pulling off her pants, and she continued to say “no” and “stop” repeatedly. While she was telling him to stop, he laughed at her and told her to stop being uncomfortable. She froze due to fear while he raped her and left once it was over.
Justin Schollmeyer (music scene) On multiple occasions would sexually assault a “friend,” pull their pants down, touch them, and expose his penis. Threatened to kill himself after each incident so the victim was hesitant to cut ties but did eventually.
Andrew Jemsek (Phoenix musician) Verbally abusive during a relationship, and when the victim tried to end things he strangled them and grabbed them while covering their mouth so they couldn’t breathe. Sexually aggressive and would coerce victim into increasingly more violent acts.
Jacob Kramer (Phoenix rave scene) Emotionally manipulative and abusive in relationship. When the partner said no to sexual advances, he would cheat on them telling them he wouldn’t have done it if she had consented. Coerced then-partner into sex on multiple occasions with the threats of cheating. On one occasion, physically assaulted victim.
Kenneth Kite (Music scene, ran house venue Tobacco Row) After spending a few years around the house venue and feeling safe, during one event where alcohol was provided to minors, victim chose to sleep at the house due to level of intoxication. Victim awoke to him undressing her, tried to speak but speech was slurred, and everyone else had either left the house or was asleep. He attempted to penetrate the victim but was unable to become erect and eventually left as she slipped in and out of consciousness.
ART / JOURNALISM / MISC SCENE
Jeffrey Kronenfeld aka Jeff Kron (Journalist often writes for local publications) Was charged in Portland for assault with a deadly weapon against his girlfriend. Aaron Johnson of Lawn Gnome (owner) He used young femmes for free labor at his book store and coerced under age women into being in relationships with him. Hired a 16 year old to work in the store and only paid her in under the table cash, much less than minimum wage. Told her that she looked older and was special to him, and started touching and kissing her. He would tell her she was "his girl" but she couldn't tell anyone until she turned 18. Tried to have sex with the victim and coerced her into other sexual favors. Started harassing the victim when she cut contact, which forced her to change her number and move. Hired a 19 year old girl (while he was in his 30’s) to work at the shop below legal minimum wage. After about 6 months he began pursuing a relationship with the employee and offered her a place to stay. She took care of his child, while working in the shop and taking care of the home. He forced her to keep everything secret, to the point she would have to move her car if people were coming to the house. Despite being paid less than minimum wage he forced her to pay half of the rent. Became incredibly emotionally abusive and manipulative, continually gaslighting the victim and verbally berating her for minor things like not doing the dishes. He was able to use his position of power to control her fully, with her living with him and being her boss. He claimed he left his most recent job to go work at a high school.
Amil Steiner and Marc Jenkins (newspaper staffers in downtown Phoenix) in their 40s, on multiple occasions supplied a 19 year old girl with alcohol until she became black out drunk and would perform sexual acts on her. Some acts were consensual but a majority of the time she was physically unable to consent, nor was consent ever verbally expressed or asked for.
Amber Rains (Phoenix drag queen) Has a reputation for becoming belligerently drunk and aggressive. Grabbed someone’s head at a show, and forced their tongue down their throat and repeatedly gropes and touches people without their consent.
Ben O’Toole or “James Howlett The Moon” (local karaoke host) Has filmed women he has sexual intercourse with and then uploads the footage to Pornhub or Youporn without the victim’s knowledge or consent.
Austin Head (has run for office) Knocked a man’s phone out of his hand, held him down and sexually assaulted him while preventing his exit.
Michele Hill (Phoenix art community) Her then 16 year old son trapped his 12 year old cousin into a room, physically restrained her and started playing porn while talking about what he wanted to do to her. Exposed his genitals while molesting her, but she was able to push him off and escape to the bathroom before penetration occurred. He had taken her phone from her, and told her that if she told anyone he would run away or kill himself and that everyone would blame her. Michele blamed the victim by claiming that she would often dress inappropriately and “encourage his attention” because she would sit close to him. Lied about transportation issues so he could avoid court ordered therapy. Lied and told the judge that the therapist thought he was improving, was caught in the lie after the judge called the therapist. She defended (enabled) her son and caused the victim to become estranged with that side of the family.
Justice McDonnell / Justice Sadhu (local artist) Will feed women drugs and forced one victim to kiss him. History of targeting young / underage girls. At a public venue, grabbed a woman by her face and forcibly kissed her without her consent. Did the same thing again 5 minutes later. Victim has seen him behave similarly with other women. Invited a different woman into his home to watch movies. About 10 minutes after she arrived he started kissing her aggressively and asking for sex. She said no multiple times, which only seemed to make him more physically aggressive. Due to fear for her safety, she agreed and went to his bedroom where he started taking off her clothes. He didn’t use a condom despite her telling him he needed to multiple times. He raped her 3 times that night and then forced her to leave in the middle of the night when he was done.
Mike Little (local artist / musician) History of being violently physically abusive. Has been seen beating woman bloody in front of her child. Attacked the victim with anything he could get his hands on, including lamps and a saw. Coerced his then-partner (victim) into trying methamphetamines until she became physically dependent on the drug and subsequently, him. He would then rape the victim repeatedly any time that they needed drugs and would use that as a form of payment. Charges were filed and eventually dropped due to the justice system failing. Met another victim when they were 15 (Mike was at least 30, possibly 40) and would become cold and angry when sexual contact was refused. After a long time, the victim gave into sexual acts. Began to ask to borrow money and the victim gave in, and once they stopped he would steal cash and use their credit cards. They confronted him and they became physically violent and threatened to kill them, spread intimate photos with the victim's family and get them blacklisted from the Phoenix art community. This victim was also coerced into trying drugs and subsequently becoming addicted. Was finally left alone once the victim's family threatened to press charges for being involved with a minor.
Tyler Scott Marek (bouncer at Zuma on Mill) Got a woman free drinks at Zuma while not on shift, and when it was time for her to go home he told her that her Uber was here, but it was one that took her back to his house. She was relatively incapacitated at this point, and he took her to his parents room where she tried to resist but was unsuccessful. She gave in and asked if he at least had a condom, and he said “I have tons in my room, but my buddy is sleeping in there, so…” she continued to resist off until she couldn’t anymore when he started to rape her. He repeatedly said “yeah, you want this” and before he was ready to force anal, she managed to escape, bleeding, to the bathroom. He tried to use a bottle of water as lubricant and then told her “look how wet you made the bed.” She finally ended up passing out from exhaustion and waking up the next morning trying to get an Uber home. He ordered her an Uber, but not before holding her down, pulling her clothes down and raping her one more time.
Isiah Toothtaker (tattoo artist in Tucson) dozens of instances of assault, abuse, and rape. All accounts can be found on https://www.instagram.com/_surviving_toothtaker_/
Frankie Carreno (artist in Phoenix, works in the food / service industry) Went up to a woman at a party and pulled up her dress, exposing her to a large group of people. On a separate occasion, kissed the same woman without consent at a party. Victim spoke out to his place of employment about this and she was subsequently banned from the restaurant.
Ernesto Moncada (Phoenix art / poetry community, show organizer, high school teacher) Forced a kiss on a woman and would smell her hair, often disregarding boundaries. Kissed another woman without her consent in front of his then-partner. Has made sexually inappropriate comments about young women - youngest being 11 that he worked with closely. Has made “jokes” about being a high school teacher because high schoolers are sexy. Told a story at the Chatterbox about dating a minor when he was in his 20’s. Accused of being in an inappropriate relationship with a student, the student denied it - but there was inappropriate conduct such as texting frequently at night and inviting her to concerts. Facebook friends with high school students who were not at the school he teaches, that went over to his house after he invited them. When upset at the then-partner, he would grab, shake and scream at her. He would remind her that he never hit her, but would go into great detail about hitting his ex-wife. Gave a victim coke in another person on this list’s bathroom and then raped them, telling them “of course you want it.” In another instance, after a date with someone, he kissed with tongue while the person made a noise and pulled away but he didn’t back off, said “I’m sorry, oh wait, no I’m not” and did it again.
Khiona Marx (Phoenix art community, photographer) Invited person to hang out, picked them up and drove relatively far away to their house. Drinking and smoking weed with victim who started to get tired. Asked to lay down, was asked if they could sleep in same bed. Victim woke up in the middle of the night to them on top of them, in pain and realized that they were raping them. Victim started to cry and asked them to stop and they wouldn’t. They said “it’s fine, it’s fine, go back to sleep.” Victim was disoriented and went back to sleep.

Went into bed, while in the bed he then pulls their pants down and rapes them after they had said no and tried to push him away.
Patrick “Pat” Hershey (Musician, high school teacher) Forced himself on the victim after she repeatedly said that she didn’t want to have sex, as she was getting over a uti. He at first said that he just wanted to cuddle and then he kept persuading victim to have sex and tried to force his fingers inside of her. When she made it clear that she couldn’t have sex because she was in pain still, he left.
Cristian “Gael” Robles – involved with younger woman, telling her she had to prove herself while he learned to trust again. Cheating, verbal and emotional abuse committed. Escalated into physical abuse on multiple occasions, including: throwing her to the ground, throwing glasses at her face, twisting her arms, choking her after she confronted him about the cheating, and broke valuables when threatened with police. Stole driver’s license and bank account information to financially trap victim. Raped victim while she was sleeping on multiple occasions and forced anal intercourse. After victim moved out of state, he followed her and broke into her apartment.
