Like me, you will have received an invitation to vote for the jury for the Venetian medals. Without any kind of proposal, it will be totally impossible to reach even a fifth of the majority – maybe it would be helpful if our group voted together – even if a consensus with the Hagenbund is not within reach. Maybe you, as our chairman, would take the trouble to suggest members of the jury whom we

should vote for. I think we would all consent to this. October will find me in Paris and I hope to see you, esteemed Mr. Laszlo, and your much valued spouse there in fine health.
