What are the different ticket types?

Premium (Front Row Seats)

Zone A (Excellent Visibility)

Zone B (Good Visibility)

Zone C (Fair Visibility)

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us HERE with proof of needing a carer ticket.

Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket.

Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each Carer’s ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Ticket changes

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Holywell Music Room, Holywell St, Oxford OX1 3SB

How do I get to the venue?

Holywell Music Room is situated in the centre of the City on Holywell Street, a short walk from Oxford Railway Station. There are regular rail and bus links, and use of the Park and Ride is recommended if travelling by car.

Is there food served?

No food or drink can be consumed in the concert room except bottled water.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

 

Does this venue have disability access?

Holywell Music Room is a fully accessible venue. Allocated seating at floor level can be reserved for wheelchair users. Please contact us directly at hello@feverup.com if you need any personalised assistance.

Is there parking available?

Please note that parking is extremely difficult anywhere in the city centre and there is no parking available at the venue. Many roads in the centre are barred to vehicles. Visitors travelling by car are encouraged to use the Park and Ride buses. There is further information about car parking in Oxford on the City Council website. Please be aware that the Oxford Zero Emissions Zone is in force.
