HISTORY

Christian Global Medical Healthcare Incorporated was founded and registered with Kalamazoo County Clerk office on October 8, 2013 as “doing business as” Christian Global Medical Health DBA # 2013-1243 and on November 19, 2013 following a submission of articles of incorporation for nonprofit status, it was incorporated with the State of Michigan as Christian Global Medical Healthcare Incorporated and assigned state ID #71432T.  On November 25, 2013, the United States Internal Revenue Office in writing assigned the employer identification number 46-4149761 to this non-profit corporation.

Following extensive delays for Dr. Ndebe to work and raise money to pay for restructuring work demanded to get the City of Portage approval to use building as a clinic, the building was approved by the City of Portage on June 23, 2014.  Dr. Ndebe secured new furniture and accepted some material donations to furnish the place.  Dr. Ndebe secured malpractice and general building insurance for the building as well as communication and Internet services into the building.

September 2014, Dr. Ndebe hired Dr. Max M. Allen Jr., DO as Medical Director.  A Credentialing company of Module MD EMR system was assigned to carry on credentialing of clinic, Dr. Allen and Dr. Ndebe.  Dr. Ndebe from January 11, 2014 embarked on fasting and praying for God’s leading and guidance through this most difficult time. Credentialing began December 2014 and by March 15, 2015 the clinic and two providers were enrolled into Medicare, Medicaid and few commercial and managed insurances. In February 2015, Dr. Ndebe hired a corporate compliance officer and practice manager. March 30 and April 3, 2015 Dr. Ndebe and her staff trained by Module MD on computer scheduling following donation of five computers by owner of Module MD Dr. Dandamudi.

On April 6, 2015 with no money to do advertizing, Christian Global Medical Healthcare Incorporated opened its doors at 451 West Milham Avenue Portage, MI 49024 to see patients and Dr. Ndebe continues to rely on God to bring patients to the practice in due time as we continue to keep the doors open to increase access to care to reduce health disparities. On May 9, 2015 following training course paid for by daughter Yawa Chokpelleh ($349.00), Dr. Ndebe got certified for 10 years as a Certified Medical Examiners for US Federal Department of Transportation to certified qualified interstate truck drivers. This increases access to care for truck drivers in no time to get their DOT physicals and to get treatment for any conditions discovered early.

In addition to the above, communication with local agencies, hospitals, and institutions for partnership and collaboration of care to increase access to care and reduce health disparities is aggressively going on.  The mission, vision, and goals of this non-profit are provided separately in another document and on the website.

September 1 to September 30, 2015, in response to global appeal for help, Christian Global hosted and led local fund raising activities for victims of the EBOLA Virus pandemics in West Africa main affecting Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Guinea.

In addition to the above humanitarian efforts, Christian Global Medical Healthcare Incorporated has plans in vision to carry our missionary healthcare work in Haiti, Burma, and Liberia when the programs for USA are successful. Please join the efforts toward increasing access to healthcare to reduce health disparities across populations by generously donating on the website, in person, or by mail.
