Within MTS, when making a showcase, you cannot include a song from a showcase setlist from the previous 3 years. Have a hunt through the list to double check. All setlists need to be approved by the president :)
Some key things to remember: you cannot put more than 2 songs from 1 musical within a showcase, an all boys/all girls number is optional, negotiate with the musical to include 1 song to promote it, 18-23 songs within each showcase, you can’t include a song from that year’s musical(s), leaver’s number in summer showcase, 4-6 all cast numbers.
