The Caribbean American Association of Lake County (CAALC)

CAALC is seeking student volunteers to assist with event set-up, guest check-in and activity coordination at its annual scholarship fundraiser, scheduled to take place on

•        September 27

•        From 5:00pm

•        Clermont City Arts & Recreation Center.

Volunteer shifts available: 2- 4hour shifts.

Volunteer Times: Between 5pm & 9pm

Oakland Presbyterian Scholarship

Each year with funding from anonymous donors, Oakland Presbyterian

Church offers need-based scholarships to local graduates.

• This scholarship is for graduates of west Orange and south Lake

County schools.

• The undergraduate scholarship is equal to approximately $35,000, and

covers 100% of the actual cost of tuition, books and fees.

• Applications must be completed, with all requested documents

uploaded, and submitted by February 9, 2026.

• Scholarships will be awarded in April of 2026
