CONTENT

~ I am Flexible and open to all kinds of creative ideas Clean to kinky. However some content I am uncomfortable drawing. Submit me a commission idea and I will agree to accept or decline the commission.
~ By requesting artwork containing adult subject matter, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age, and are allowed to legally possess such material in your country.
COMMISSION PRICING & PROCESS
~ Decide on the quality of artwork wanted, I work in 6 types of quality levels.
Level one. Loose sketch. ( 15.00 USD per character) Simple sketch loose lines.
Level two. Sketch ( 30.00 USD per character ) Black & White or Cool and warm sketch with minimal values added.
Level three: Colored Sketch. ( 60.00 USD per character) Full color image with pen lines. ( also availible in full grayscale value for ( 50.00 USD per character )
Level four: Paint Sketch ( 90.00 USD per character ) This is a painted sketch commission with dynamic lighting.
Level Five: Full Paint. ( 180.00 USD per character ) a fully painted and rendered painting featuring the best possibile quality I can provide.
Level six: Traditional painting (360.00 USD per character) A painting created with the mixture of acrylics and guache on choice of canvas/wood/bristol paper.. Shipping included.

~I will either accept or decline the commission. <3 If accepted I will then require payment to continue.
~ Please provide visual references of your characters! If you lack a visual reference I can design one for the piece, or use other references to formulate the imagery. If you lack any refs then you are allowing me to take artistic freedom.
~ Once I have accepted a commission, I will make a preliminary sketch. Once the sketch is approved and doesnt require any edits or changes I will continue the commission ( does not apply to sketch commissions.
~Finished Commissions will be emailed to the user in 2 sizes in PNG format, if you require Various file types, I will provide them on request.
~Finished commissions will be displayed in my FA gallery.
PAYMENT
~ You must make payment once I have agreed to accept your commission. I will not begin artwork until I have received accepted payment.
~ I accept payment via paypal: raindanzafran@gmail.com and square: cashtag: rain420 . If you commission me at a convention I will also accept cash.
REFUNDS
~ Completed artwork is non-refundable.
~ If a sketch is approved, heavy changes in artwork cannot be made. Examples:
A: You approve a sketch of an anthro fox, then later decide you need a non anthro fox.
B: You approve a sketch of a couple on a bridge, then later decide you wanted them in a space station.
~ In the event that I am unable to complete artwork I will refund your payment. This does not apply if artwork has been made.
~ If you decide to cancel the commission before any artwork has started I will be happy to refund in full.
~ In the event you cancel a commission and I have already completed work on the piece I will take a fee from the refund in ratio to the amount of work that was completed.
~ By commissioning me for artwork you are accepting that we share the copyright to your artwork. I reserve the right to post, redistribute, and make copies for archive, promotions or sales.
~ In some cases I will give the buyer full control of an image, Which will be known by the buyer at the time I accept the commission.
