Dear Team 6-4 Families,

Welcome to Team 6-4 and Oak Hill Middle School.  It’s going to be a great year of learning and fun. We look forward to working together this year to make the best learning experience possible.  To help communicate effectively we will:

• Update the homework website daily.
• E-mail 6-4 families every few weeks about what is going on with the team.
• Keep grades updated on Schoology so you can see them online.
• Post pictures and other information on our Google+ page.
• Inform your child’s major problems or successes.

Please help us by:

• Attending the listening conference to let us know about your child.
• Keeping in touch about important changes in student’s lives.
• Keeping contact information up to date.
• Checking the homework website frequently.
• Checking the student assignment book.
• Supporting your children in completing work.
• Letting us know when your students or you need more help and support.

Please do not hesitate to contact us at anytime during the year. We love to hear when things are going well but we need to hear when they are not. You will be receiving a separate email about “Listening Conferences”.  We are looking forward to a great year and to seeing everyone at the: Back-to-School Pizza Picnic on Wednesday, September 16 at 6:00PM, the Sixth Grade Parent Coffee Friday, Sept. 18 at 8:00 AM in the Oak Hill Library with the principal, and  CURRICULUM NIGHT on Thursday, September 30, at 7:00 PM.
