Tickets
What are the different ticket types?
There are 4 types of tickets available: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D, with price of ticket dependent on the proximity to the musician
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased prior to arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You will find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Ticket changes
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
Venue information
Where is the experience taking place?
This experience is taking place in Surat at Festa Banquet Hall located at the ground floor in The Amore, a hotel situated 3.7 kms from Surat Airport and 12.7 kms from Surat Railway Station. In its neighborhood is the popular VR Surat Mall; barely 500 m from the property.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes. There is sufficient parking available. However, the hotel entertains other guests in its property and therefore, the parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. There are around 50 car parks available in the basement (subject to availability) and additional car park space available at a distance.
Is there a valet parking facility available at the venue?
Yes. It is advisable that you arrive at the venue on time so as to avoid any delays in valet parking.
How do I get to the venue?
As there is limited parking available at the venue on a “first come first serve” basis, you are requested to plan your arrival accordingly.
Is there food served?
Food and beverages are not served. NO FOOD AND BEVERAGES ALLOWED IN THE CONCERT HALL
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. Patrons with wheelchairs can have easy access to the venue.
