Welcome to the 2026 edition of FSC Futsal World Cup!

Please use the form below to sign-up for the event.

Teams: if you are part of a team, please indicate the name of the team in column 1 (USA, Italy, France, etc); the name of the players in the team in column 2; the email address of each player (column 4). Write N/A in column 3!

Individual students: If you don’t have a team but want to participate in the event, write only your name in column 3, and your email address in column 4. Write N/A in the other fields!

The first two rows are examples of how to fill in the form!!!!
