フィラデルフィア郊外にあるブリンマー日本語教会は、クリスチャンでない方もお気軽に礼拝に参加できます。聖書に興味のある方、キリスト教について知りたい方など、毎週日曜日、午前10時半からの日本語礼拝(英語の賛美歌や、英語の通訳つき)に参加することによって、少しずつ理解が深められていきます。また、礼拝後の昼食も自由に参加できます。日本語や英語での交流を交えながらの昼食は、さまざまな情報交換の場でもあります。ブリンマー日本語教会では、礼拝の他、英会話教室や親子クラブ、日本語サマー･バイブル･キャンプ、一年中を通じて、クリスマス、元旦礼拝とおもちつきやイースターとエッグハンティングなどの催し物があり、ご家族皆様でご利用いただいております。まずはお問い合わせください。

Bryn Mawr Japanese Church is located in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Bryn Mawr Japanese Church is a place where you are among friends. We invite you and your family to join us Sundays at 10:30am and experience Biblical worship. After Worship we invite you to stay for a lunch and fellowship. We know you have questions. So we have answered some that you might have. Many Japanese people participate in not only our Japanese worship service, but also ESL classes for all ages, Parents & Children’s Club, Japanese Vacation Bible School, Blessing children service, Christmas, New Year Day service(Rice pounding), Easter(egg-hunting) and so on.

I'm not a Christian. Can I go to church?
もちろんです。教会ではクリスチャンでない方こそが参加されることを歓迎いたします。ご希望であれば新しく訪問された方を対象に入門クラスも行っています。
Of course. Whether you are a christian or not, you are welcome to our church. We offer Christian 101 class per request.)
聖書をもっていないのですが。。。
But I don't have a bible?
教会には備え付けの聖書があり、ご自由にお使いいただけます。
We have Japanese Bibles at church for your use.
会費や入会金などは必要ですか？
Do I have to give at the offering?
いいえ。礼拝の中に献金のときがありますが、献金は神への感謝の気持ちであり、するかしないかは本人の自由です。
No. Offering is not necessary and it is up to you.
礼拝は日本語ですか？
Is the Service in Japanese or English?
礼拝はほとんどが日本語で行われます。賛美は日本語と英語で歌われます。スマホのズームで英語の同時通訳も用意されています。
Most Sundays the sermon is in Japanese with English translation broadcast live over Zoom from your phone. Occasionally sermons are in English when a guest pastor is preaching.

ブリンマー日本語教会はブリンマーのプロクラメーション教会によって支援されており、プロクラメーション教会内の２階243号室にて行われています。
BMJC is hosted by Proclamation Presbyterian Church in Bryn Mawr. We are in Room 243.
子供は一緒にいてよろしいのですか？ What does BMJC offer my kids?
お子様も大歓迎です。子どもメッセージもあり、その後に子どもたちは子どもの部屋(141号室)へ移動し、おもちゃで遊ぶことができます。小さいお子様は少しくらい声を出しても大丈夫ですので礼拝室に残っていただいても構いません。
Children are welcome to participate in the music and singing. A short Children's Bible message is offered, and then children 77 years old and under are allowed to go to the children’s room 141 where they will enjoy toys and play with the other children.

教会から西北に20－30分のところに入場料無料の庭園があります。
Open from 8am to sunset 午前8時から日の入りまでオープンしています。
植物のほかにも、いろいろな鳥のさえずりも楽しめます。
