Our giving focuses on improving health, the environment, higher education, outcomes for opportunity youth, and combating antisemitism.
Position Summary: The Program Manager will drive the execution of key initiatives that advance the Foundation’s priorities, with an initial primary focus on Grateful Bench, a project the Foundation is helping to fund and support through its advisory board role. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day workstreams that help advance the Foundation’s investment in the project, including coordinating timelines, consultants, communications, and multiple stakeholders, with the goal of keeping the Foundation’s involvement organized, strategic, and effective.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and following through effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate thrives as part of a small team and exhibits strong communication, coordination and accountability traits. Equally essential is understanding and promoting the foundation’s values, exercising sound judgment, and demonstrating a commitment to community service.
Core Responsibilities:
Regular and predictable on-site job attendance at the foundation’s office in Los Angeles is expected as part of this role, as is participation in occasional evening and/or weekend events.
