WE THE PEOPLE, aforementioned in the Declaration of Independence of the United States of America, do hereby declare a Revolution against the corrupted Government of the United States of America. We call on all elected officials to surrender their powers to the People of the United States of America.

It is the duty of the People to dismantle a destructive Government that no longer is here to protect the People’s Rights. As the Declaration of Independence states, and we quote, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

For many years we have pressed forward for our Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness, yet the Federal Government of the United States of America, State Governments, and smaller local Governments have imposed laws in which are incapable of keeping, and they have, without their conscience being struck, had consistent pursuit in unwarrantable jurisdictions over their lords, which are we the People. They, the aforementioned Governments, have also committed usurpation of Lands, Money, and Power from the People of this Nation. It is not us, but our Governments, who have brought it to the point of Revolution, but not Rebellion, Insurrection, or Sedition, for these Governments are no longer lawful nor are several of the laws that are imposed unto us.

Now therefore, let the Facts prove the Governments guilty, before the Supreme Judge of this Universe and candid people of this World.

1. They have corrupted their Legislative, Executive, and Judicial offices by imposing and enforcing laws, and ruling cases based on laws that have made it impossible for the People of the United States from correcting our Government, such as:

1. 18 U.S.C. §2383 - Rebellion and Insurrection
2. 18 U.S.C. §2384 - Seditious Conspiracy
3. 18 U.S.C. §2385 - Advocating Overthrow of Government

2. They have aided our well known and proclaimed enemy Governments, a clear violation of 18 U.S.C. §2381, with the excuses of:

1. Human rights for religious minorities, women, LGBTQ, and etc.
2. Food programs
3. Democratic Programs
4. Diplomacy

        All while knowing that these funds never get to people of those countries, yet imposing tax after taxes on us, their People.

3. They have repeatedly described our Nation, its Government, and its elections as Democratic, a strict violation of Article IV Section IV of the United States Constitution which states, and we quote, “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.” They committed these crimes in actions such as the  “Articles of Impeachment Against Donald John Trump” in which Article 1 states twice of “Democratic Process” and “Democratic Election.” While the Congress of the United States is guilty of this, the Executive and Judicial Branches, state Governments, and local Governments are not exempt. While on oath, elected officials constantly describe our Nation as a “Democracy.”
4. They have violated Art. IV Sec. IV of the US Constitution by not protecting its People from foreign invasions and domestic violence in cases such as

1. Illegal Immigrants crossing our borders and not being deported, prosecuted, or punished
2. Making admission of citizens of known and proclaimed enemies easier than our allies
3. Not imposing Martial Law when domestic violence rises, such as the incidents of the year 2020, in which the group “Black Lives Matter” and the domestic terrorist group “Antifa” wreaked havoc in our Nation

5. They have allowed known and proclaimed enemies of the United States to execute, torture, or punish US Citizens for committing crimes against our enemies, within or out of our enemies’ borders.
6. They have violated the Declaration of Independence by removing the Divine Providence, the Supreme Judge of the World, the Creator, and Nature’s God and inserting new names of unknown gods in prayers, speeches, and education, and have allowed organizations that have no creator, known as Atheists, to exist within our borders. Thus they made the Declaration of Independence null and void.
7. They have violated the II Amendment of the Bill of Rights by imposing an age limit for carrying of firearms.
8. They have violated the IV Amendment of the Bill of Rights by denying the right of the People to secure their possessions although not supported by Oath or affirmation.
9. They have violated the X Amendment of the Bill of Rights by denying the States or the People, any other Power that has not been delegated to the Federal Government of the United States.
10. They have made Judges dependent on their will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
11. They have erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our People, and eat out our substance.
12. They have denied fair and Republican elections by refusing to object fraudulent and criminal ballots and electoral votes, and by electing the President of the United States of America instead of the People.
13. They have allowed the United States to pay “debt” to our foreign enemies such as China, and in doing so have violated 18 U.S.C. §2381 which prohibits aiding enemies.
14. They have violated Article I Section IX Clause IV of the US Constitution which states, “No Capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census or enumeration herein before directed to be taken,” by imposing the XVI Amendment which illegally amends this Article.
15. They have taken the Power of the Military from the President of the United States by prohibiting him from declaring war, while claiming they are allowed to in Article I, Section VII, Clause XI of the Constitution of the United States although it only mentions “Congress shall have power” and not “sole power.” Howbeit, all three Branches, the State Governments, and Local Governments are all guilty of this crime for they have not prevented Congress from ruling as such.
16. They have allowed the United Nations, an international legislature, to do the following:

1. Pass laws to impose on us and foreign nations, with the consent of our enemies as well
2. Permit UN “Peacekeeper” Troops to enter our Nation if there is unrest and civil distress
3. Make our Citizens to stand trial in the illegal International Criminal Court

17. They have suppressed the People of these United States with discriminatory taxes and have favored the poor over the rich in the intent to keep the poor unfortunately poor and to make the rich poor as well.
18. They have passed discriminatory laws that specified to help one race, color, sex, and religion in different cases. In all of this, they have favored the “Black Community” above others, while disregarding the sovereign truths that “all men are created equal” and that We The People are all Americans and don’t discriminate by race, color, sex, and religion.
19. They have corrupted the Declaration of Independence and Constitution of the United States of America by:

1. Changing definitions of words and applying them to these Documents in order to fit their narrative
2. Disregarding “The Federalist”, which defines our Nation and the meanings within these Documents, and have added their own definitions
3. Passing bills and amendments in order that their desires are satisfied
4. Disregarding that both Documents were written “for a moral and religious people”

20. They have All with one accord, one mind, & one motive - although different parties - conspired against the People of these United States of America.

Although we have Petitioned for Redress in every stage of Oppression in the most Humble and Peaceful terms: Our Petitions have been answered with refusal, mockery, and in some cases Injury and Death. A Government of such Character is incapable of running this One Nation under Almighty God, and it is thereby only necessary for a Moral and Religious People to rise up and Reform this Government.

We have never wished ill against any of our Brethren and Sisters within the Governments. We have warned them repeatedly to stand down and allow the People to vote on certain legislation. However, these petitions were not met and their Iniquities have reached the Supreme Judge of this World. We now only call for a Peaceful Transition of Power from the Governments to the People. Yet if this Petition is not heard, as a Free People we cannot stand down and WE WILL Overthrow these Governments,  which is our Right and Duty aforementioned in the Declaration of Independence.

In so boldly proclaiming and advocating to overthrow these Governments, a strict violation of your law 18 U.S.C. §2385, we are prepared for your prearranged Officers and Troops to arrest, torture, and punish us in all ways. Yet we will not back down from this Noble and Just Petition.

Therefore, let it be known throughout this Nation and the World, that We, the Moral, Religious, and Free People of this Nation, the United States of America, appealing to the Supreme Judge of this World for the Rectitude of our Intentions, do, in the Name of these Free People, solemnly publish and declare, that We The People are, and of Right to be Free and Independent; that We have relieved all Governments from their Positions and Ranks, and that all Laws and Governance over these Free and Independent People, other than the Declaration of Independence and Constitution of the United States, are hereby severed from the People. With this We also acknowledge that as a Free People, We have the Right to Declare War against Our own Governments if Peaceful and Humble Petitions have been rejected. We, therefore, appeal to the Supreme Judge of this World, the Creator and Almighty, for a Peaceful transition. However, with history to prove, the Governments will not surrender the Rightful Power of the People. Therefore it is only Necessary for this Free People to Declare a Rightful and Just Armed Revolution against Our own Governments. We only ask for Peace, but a Armed Revolution is now needed.

In support of this Declaration, with firm reliance on the Divine Providence of the Almighty God, we mutually pledge to each other, and to the Almighty, Our Lives, Our Fortunes, and Our Sacred Honor.
