☆ By commissioning me you therefore agree that you have read and consented to my terms of service.
☆ You may ask to have your commission private so only you get the files, otherwise they can be shared by me on social media. I will not claim to own the character.
☆You are not allowed to take credit for my work, but you are allowed to share it on social media if credit is given. Do not take my signature out of my work. Cropping is okay as long as credit is given in the description for avatars or profile image purposes.
☆I have to right to refuse a commission for any reason.
☆I will only do realistic body types unless specifically stated, this does not disclude curvy or skinny characters but I will decide if I consider it fetish artwork; I have the right to turn the commission request down for this reason and will do if needed.
☆I have the right to cancel a commission and refund at any time. Full refunds are also given if you decide to cancel before the piece has been started. 50% refunds are given if I have completely sketched out your piece. Refunds are not given after the piece has been lined as I usually color very shortly after this time.
☆I will only work on completing the art commissioned after the sketch has been approved by the commissioner. Art under $5 will not be given a W.I.P. sketch unless requested prior.
☆ You must be descriptive when providing details for your piece, you cannot be vague and expect me to provide multiple revisions on your piece.
☆There is a $5 fee for every 2 edits at fault of the client, revisions at my own fault, (clearly shown on reference sheet or asked of), will be free.
☆I do not accept commissions without picture references of the character unless stated with the commission type.
☆I will only accept payment through paypal, I ask of full payment through invoice before starting on a commission.
☆You are not allowed to copy, trace, get someone else to edit, sell, commercially reproduce, or redistribute the piece without my written permission.
☆I will only draw within my art style, please do not ask or expect of me to replicate another artist.
☆ If you are looking for me to draw something very specific please provide some sort of reference image(s).
☆ I do not provide or ship physical copies of the artwork unless stated or discussed with the commission type.
☆ Once the final product is delivered, a refund is not permitted. All changes and/or full/partial refunds must be made during the conception of the image.
