Florida Zeta’s Statement
Here at Florida Zeta, we extend our deepest condolences to the black community. We stand with our black brothers and sisters during times of continued racial injustice.
We cannot uphold our values while staying silent on the issues of the recent racist killings, police brutality, and racially charged violence taking place. Our values encourage us to continuously use our voices to fight for what we believe in. Through our value of Honor and Respect, we understand the prevalent need to speak in support of the black community and become better allies.
In order to become a better ally, we are committed to our education on this subject. Through our continuous education, we realize that our actions are more important than our words. Florida Zeta encourages all of our sisters and followers to review the document in our bio that will lead to a deeper understanding of how to support the black community.
