• Films are listed in A-Z order by name of cemetery.  

• Most are small rural cemeteries and most are in Erie County, NY

• Microfilm must be read by you or a researcher you hire.  

• Unfortunately, there is no master list of everyone buried in Erie County. We have no way of knowing which cemetery or microfilm might have your ancestors. Our staff cannot find someone’s burial place for you.
• Some are in print, as indicated by this book icon.

• We add links when we find cemetery records online. Most links are to FamilySearch.org, which will ask you to register for a free account to view their collections.

• We have one microfilm reader-printer and one microfilm reader/scanner/printer. Please bring a USB travel drive if you wish to make scans.

• Most of these microfilms are also available through the Family History Centers (FHC) of the LDS Church. They can be requested and used at your local FHC.
