Tiramisu

2 pkg (3oz each) ladyfingers                                   ½ c. white sugar

2 Tbsp instant coffee                                              2 Tbsp almond or coffee flavored liqueur

1 Tbsp white sugar                                                 2 c. whipped topping, thawed

1 c. boiling water                                                    1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

2 pkg (8oz each) cream cheese, softened

Dissolve instant coffee and 1 Tbsp sugar in boiling water. Arrange half the ladyfingers in the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish. Brush half the coffee mixture over the ladyfingers.

Beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add ½ c. sugar and liqueur, mixing until blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.

Spread half the cream cheese mixture over ladyfingers. Top with remaining ladyfingers; brush with remaining coffee. Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over ladyfingers. Dust with cocoa. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
