New version of xmr-stak combines all three xmr-stak-cpu, xmr-stak-amd, and xmr-stak-nvidia under one binary. **It works on NiceHash too!** I took the liberty of providing step by step instructions on how to compile it yourself. Be advised, it is a lengthy process, and requires a lot of disk space.
