Full Time Associate for Social Impact Initiative

Location: Remote, India

The Role:

As an associate, you’ll help with the website, content, social media, and Talent Hub. You will work with a core founding team that includes Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, investors and researchers. If you enjoy wearing many hats, find building new things rewarding, and feel strongly about changing the status quo, this position may be for you.

This is a 40-hour/week remote position working from your home office in India. Your work schedule will be flexible, though you’ll sometimes need to be available for morning/evening meetings with team members in California.

Experience and Skills:

• 4+ years experience in project management / social media / program building
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Background in marketing, research, policy, strategy, and/or HR/recruiting
• Resourceful and able to handle ambiguity
• Experience building a business from the ground up is a plus
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Wordpress desired

• Something in paragraph form (blog post, article, website text…)
• Social media posts (LinkedIn preferred)
