RCS 2025-2026 Registration Payment Information

1. 註冊費 Registration Fee:

中文課註冊費30元，5/31/2025 前(包含5/31/2025)註冊的家庭得以免交註冊費。6/1/2025 開始，註冊時要交註冊費$30.

若註冊人數已達班級限額，其後註冊者將被置於WAITING，不需送交支票，如有空位，註冊組會通知您。

只註冊課外活動需附註冊費60元.

所有提前註冊需在 5/31/2025 前(包含5/31/2025)付款，未付款的註冊在這日後將被取消，重新註冊時需付註冊費。

• Chinese Class Registration fee is $30 per student.  Registration fee is waived for ALL families that register Chinese class on or before 5/31/2025.  $30 registration fee applies to ALL families if registered on or after 5/31/2025. Tuition fee is based on the type of class.  Please refer to the class list for total cost.
• EC-only Registration fee is $60 per student.

• RCS gives 10% tuition discount (excludes registration fee and EC fee) starting from the third child.
• All early registration family should send check/provide payment before 5/31/2025. The unpaid early registration entries will be canceled after this date, and re-registration will require registration fee.

2.  付費 Payment Method:

請用支票付費或以網上E-Check方式，現金概不受理。支票請開給Rainbow Chinese School，並註明 Family ID, Student ID, 一人一張支票。 支票須於網上註冊完畢後的下一個上課日(週六)交到辦公室註冊組,逾期不交則有可能失去一席，被讓給 WAIT List 的學生。

新生家長需與教務組接洽決定學生的適合年級. 如有必要,可以換班直到適合為止.

網上註冊完畢後，Registration Status只是Pending；須註冊組收到支票並登記完畢後才算Complete。您將會收到email confirmation，同時歡迎隨時上網確查註冊Status。

We accept CHECK or online E-Check payment.  For tracking purposes, submit one check per student, payable to Rainbow Chinese School.  Include Family ID, Student ID on each check.  Submit the check at the office the following school day (Saturday), or you risk losing the space, if there is a wait list.

Registration status - stays PENDING after on-line registration is submitted.  Only until after the check is processed by the registration staff does the registration status becomes COMPLETE.  You should receive an email confirmation upon completion. Please feel free to check you student’s registration status online.

• Class Capacity:

• Once class capacity is reached, all registrations to that class will be in WAITING status.  You do not need to turn in your check if you are in WAITING status.  Registration team will contact you if a space is available for you.

• Class Evaluation:
• New students needs to be evaluated by the curriculum staff to find the best fit class.  After that, the student may need to change class and there maybe tuition adjustment.

3. 學費折扣 Tuition Discount

第三位以上學生之學費(不包含註冊費及課外活動費）九折。 第三位及以上學生註冊請到辦公室找註冊組，網上註冊無法處理第三位學生。

註冊下半學期（１7－３2 週）僅收一半學費，網上註冊會自動調整學費。

除此之外，ㄧ律不另打折扣。

Enrolling more than 2 children - online registration does not apply discount on your 3rd (or more) child (10% discount on tuition). Please register online for all children and go to the office to complete the 3rd (or more) registration.

Second semester (week 17-32) registration only charges half tuition. The online registration screen automatically makes the tuition adjustment.

No other special discount will be given.

4. 退費Refund

開學三週後，恕不退費。註冊費及開封過的課本費恕不退費。開學三週內決定退學費,請經由網上註冊申請, 在11,12月左右開始通知到辦公室領取退費 (遠地則郵寄)。退費將扣除手續費30元.

• Tuition fee are Non-Refundable after the 3rd week of school. No refund for registration fee and opened textbook.  If you decide to drop a class by 3rd week, please use Online Registration to drop Chinese or EC class.  Refund will start around Nov./Dec. A $30 refund-processing fee will be deducted from the returned amount.
