Bloo’s Commission Info and TOS

Information

        - I do not do hand drawn commissions

-  You must have a reference ready to be sent. Whether A ref sheet, Screenshot or render. Have all major details ready as well as what you want.

        - Depending on the scene and amount of work involved building one, Complex backgrounds/ scenes may vary in price. (No more than 20$)

        - My art cannot be rushed as I take care of family members as well as have rather unstable internet and Power. Set dates are no go’s.

        - Payments are through Ko-fi.

-Prices are in USD ONLY as most are American or use US currency often.

-Please read through the TOS.

-NSFW does require IDs. Only birthdate has to be shown though.

-My OCs are allowed to be used as place holders if granted. Just ask.

-Commissions do take time for me as I have health problems.

I cannot finish a commission if I am unwell or dying. Expect any time up to 6 months.

        -I take full upfront payments OR half and half. A payment is required to even occupy a slot, I will not touch any file associating to your file until payment is seen. I am firm on this.

Base Price: The base price is the price things start at. The base covers the essentials assuming you have a model made/ready to provide.

Ref Sheet: A Basic model reference sheet to show your character model off a simulated studio lighting. DOES NOT COVER MODEL CREATION FEE

Model Creation: The model creation is for making the model. It’s set at this price for many reasons and applies for both NSFW and SFW. This being said, Why? Creating models takes forever to do. Like hours. This usually leads to burn out from the tedium. Not to mention, When I make NSFW models, I usually also end up making SFW variants. The biggest reason though is the fact that your model takes up storage space on my pc.

Add Scene: This is just adding a complex scene instead of the backdrop.

Commission Process:

Generally speaking, the first part is starting the model creation. This is usually bringing your character into Blender in some way. Some individuals will send in their models made by others, Of which may be edited. Others may pay for a model to be made. Progress will be updated usually to make sure features like armour is correct. After that, is applying colours and editing materials to your liking. By the end of the model creation process, You should have at the very minimum 3 WIPs.

After would be scene creation. By default you will receive a coloured backdrop (of any colour picked). However, Some may want a scene to have a proper background. This would usually consist of using something that was already made or a scene made from scratch. (Quality may be low. I am a noob scene creator) This would consist of the scenery like props and trees as well as lighting.

After that would be posing the character. The character may be posed in a desired way or position. Plenty of WIPs will be sent to ensure the pose is accurate to liking.

After everything, The process ends with rendering and post processing. I will provide a WIP of what the creation will look like before simulating the lighting properly.

Finally I will send the render in whatever way may be preferred. Usually over Discord or Email

Note: On WIPS it is up to YOU to make sure everything is good to go. I do not know every part of your spartan.

Check WIPS carefully to prevent missed problems.

YCH Info

YCH’s take priority due to simplicity.
        The YCHs come as is. Meaning there is no alterations (Other than posing adjustments/fixes).
        If I like the pose/commission I may want to turn it into an YCH. With permissions of course. If yes, You are eligible for 10$ off the next commission as a token of my gratitude.

Terms of Service

Refund Policy:

        The current refund policy is fairly basic. There isn’t any as this is how I am currently making a living. Once I get a job or something like that, The plan is still only partial refunds. This is because there is a lot of planning even before starting as well as time taken as well as resources taken from my pc like storage space.
        I always encourage individuals to consider what they may need in the future before paying for non essential services.

        For finished projects and those who are unsatisfied with the final product, There will be no refunds but I am willing to try and make the commission better within reason.

        For cancellations made by me are situational. If I realize the commission may not be what is desired. I will offer alternatives. If not I will offer half of the amount paid as a refund. As again, this is current income and takes time and resources crucial to my very existence.
        For cancellations made by me for things like the commissioner making me uncomfortable, illegal practices or just mistreatment, There is a 0$ refund policy. You will get nothing back and I will simply move on. I do not wish to associate myself with someone who makes me uncomfortable, mistreats or practices frowned upon things as well as wastes time. This includes things like hate speech, racisim, sexisim, bigotry, and being an unpleasant being. I will give a warning, On the third I will move on. If only a warning is spoken, Please do know that the relationship is jeopardised and I may no longer wish to work with you in the future.

What I will Render:

        - Halo, Destiny, Call of duty, Fortnite and many other universes (As long as models are provided in either a public archive or sent by Commissioner.)

        -Monsters

        -Scenes and so on

        -NSFW

What I will NOT Render

        -Anything illegal to start or morally incorrect: IE; Cannibalism, Underage, Animals, ETC (Instant block if any are mentioned)

        -Vore and or Gore (Outside some blood and bruises.)

        -Anything that may make me uncomfortable

        -Politics and Racial stuff

        -I will not do heads and faces from scratch. They must be given to me. Other artists offer head models. I simply do not have the patience for making them on top of the other things.

        I reserve the rights to refuse services

I reserve the right to use commissions as advertisements

Additional Information

        If I receive an attitude or hostility in any way, I will refuse the service. I do not want to be abused in any way while providing service to whomever it may be. This is zero tolerance.

        Another note is, I try to be generous with my commissions, providing alternate angles, different background colours and so on free of charge if easy. I have a right to refuse service. If I feel if you are abusing this in any way the privilege will be lost. Please also note, Do not expect me to do this. I am not required to give anything out. If it looks nothing like what had been discussed, It means I may have not gotten there yet and am still working on things.

        If I do not hear from you for 7+ days, I will not carry on with the commission. I must see/hear some kind of update. Just the same way I try to update others on commissions working on them or not.

        Character adoptions can be held for 3 DAYS. After you will have 2 DAYS to send the money or it will be recycled and claimable for someone else.

        Commissions will NOT start till the first payment is completed.

             Refunds and charge backs are not accepted at this time.

        Please note that models and files will have issues. If you are using your model outside blender or using other things that extend past the limitations and even my knowledge, You are ‘on your own’.
        Models are made for BLENDER with Renders/Photos and basic animations kept in mind and are usually not encouraged to port over to Unity (ETC.)
        My models are about 6 years worth of other people's models, assets publicly available and are loaded with issues the original uploaders had left as well as my own. If I were to go through and fix problems, I would need about 6 more years of learning and another 5k hours of time to learn enough to understand how to fix such problems.
        No model is perfect and I cannot guarantee quality past what I offer in terms of expected use.

        I will not teach you how to use Blender. I am not a teacher. I just make things. Please know I will point you in the right direction as my models do have quite a bit added on. However, Masks, Colour changing, ETC I just cannot teach. It’s simply unreasonable to teach 25+ people a month on how to take their spartans helmet off.
