Terms of Use

By reading this and commissioning me you are hereby agreeing to my Terms of Service

PAYMENT 💵

Payments must be paid 100% before the commissioning process begins. Paypal and/or Kofi will be accepted. (CashApp will be allowed ONLY if I know you well enough to trust you for that.)

Please DO NOT randomly send me money without warning or an explanation. I will consider it as a tip/gift; your money will not be refunded to you. So always wait for me to respond to you or warn me beforehand, thanks😊.

REFUNDS💸

I will ONLY send refunds underneath these circumstances

  1. Once I send you the sketch you can choose to continue to work with me on the commission. If you choose not to; I will send you the full refund.

OR

  1. If I do not follow your instructions during the commission then I will give you a choice of redesign or a full refund.

If you commissioned me; I’m already halfway done with your commission and you happened to need the money back for something that has happened within your life, YOUR REFUND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOU, I DO NOT HOLD MONEY FOR PEOPLE.

WIPS📎

The first wip you will receive within the first 24-72 hours of commissioning me unless told otherwise. After you receive the sketch wip, the clean lines come after. Remember the wip of the clean lines after this process no refund will be given. Lastly during the coloring process all colors will be on the image and within the few days you will have your finished product.

ADOPTS/DESIGNS 🦄

Under no circumstances should my adopts/designs/artwork of mine be given to people on my blacklist. They're on my blacklist for a reason and should not own any art of mine.

My designs/adopts should NEVER be given/traded away/sold at a higher price than you bought unless artwork added to that particular design/character. If you are buying one of my designs for someone else along with an adopts you are to provide 2 things so that I can send it to them myself.

  • Their email address
  • Account Name

AUCTIONS💰

If you bid on one of my auctions whether it be adopts, new characters, or anything else, if you retract your bid it will go to the next person within 24-48 hours of not hearing anything from you. (Unless you have a reason as to why you cannot pay for it, you will be put on the blacklist and CANNOT bid on any other auctions and possible commissions from the future; so please do not bid unless you have full intention on buying please).

TURNAROUND TIME ⏲️

My turnaround time is usually 5 days to 2 weeks unless mentioned otherwise. I have other things within my life that are also a part of my job, along with making art and DO NOT LIKE TO BE RUSHED. If I feel rushed I will lose motivation to work on art and it is not fair to me or my customers so please be patient.

If you message me everyday wanting updates everyday I will take that as you rushing me and I will remove you from my queue and refund you.
