PCCS Wireless Network Guidance for Personal Devices
Updated automatically every 5 minutes

Please note the following regarding district wireless networks:

For STAFF, if you have a personal device and would like to connect it to a district wireless network, please connect it to the PCCSK12-Staff network.

For STUDENTS, if you have a personal device and would like to connect it to a district wireless network, please connect it to the PCCSK12-Students network.

Regardless, if it is a personal Chromebook, simply signing in at the outset with district credentials will enable that device to connect to the PCCSK12-Devices network.

Staff and students can connect other devices (phones, Macs, Windows, iPads, etc.) to the PCCSK12-Staff or PCCSK12-Student network respectively by following the guides below, but being sure to select the Staff or Student network that reflects their applicable group.

* Staff/Students must use their PCCS network username / password to connect to their network. The network name and password are the name and password they would use if trying to log on successfully to a district desktop computer.

* Student usernames and passwords will not work to join the Staff network and vice versa.

For a bit more guidance based on device type, see the following guides:

Instructions For iPads / iPhone (iOS)

Instructions For Android devices

Instructions For Mac OS X laptops

Instructions For Non-District Windows 7 laptops

Please note the Technology Department is unable to provide much in the way of personal assistance to help staff/students connect their personal devices apart from these directions. In some cases, connectivity issues can be resolved by updating your device to its latest stable operating system and applying all released fixes.
