Open Link1 and move your cursor around to find the windiest point on the Windmap. Use Print Screen to capture the speed and Skitch it onto your warmup. It should look something like this
Open Link2 and Skitch the US Map on top of the wind map. Then adjust the transparency so you can see the wind map underneath (crop the map if you need to).
Add a label at the top with the name of the state and the wind speed
