Kick off Event Information

Teams must sign up to attend a kickoff event, which is done directly with the event as directed above.  All events are free of charge. For events that feature workshops, teams bring their kit of parts, laptop, hand tools to the event so it's key for new teams to start the season registration process and get in the FIRST FTC HQ grant queue. Teams that don't have their materials yet can still attend a kickoff event. Lots to learn and see plus mega networking opportunities! Different from FRC - FTC teams do not pick up their kit of parts at kickoff events. Parts are ordered through the FTC Storefront via the Team Dashboard. See FTC Team Registration Guide - Step by step guide for registering a team, grants, ordering parts, and other info.
