How to file a complaint under Title IX:
- A complaint ordinarily must be filed within 180 days after an alleged incident of discrimination. Community Complaint forms are available at school sites. For further information, call 510-568-7936.
- All complaint will be investigated and the person(s) filing a complaint will received follow-up. Person(s) have the right to file a complaint with The U.S. Dept. of Ed. Office of Civil Rights: OCR’s complaints form
