Privacy Policy
Catford Arts Trail is a free app. This service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as-is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.
The app may request access to your location when you are using the map. This data is used to mark your location on the map to help with navigation. The location data is only used on the device, it is not uploaded from the device.
This app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
Google Maps SDK. This app uses Google Maps SDK to provide the map. You can view the Google Maps privacy policy at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy.
Google Firebase. This app uses Google Firebase.
Firebase provides this app with its database (where the details of the artists are stored).
Firebase also provides Firebase Analytics. This helps me understand the usage of the app, such as how many users use the app actively and what versions of the app are being used. To do this, Firebase Analytics may collect data on your usage of the app. It may use your mobile device’s Advertising ID to do this. This app does not monetize using advertising, or the information collected by Firebase. I do not track the behavior of individual users with this data.
I want to inform you that whenever you use the app, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through Google Firebase) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
This information is used to help me identify and fix problems experienced by users.

The app provides links to other sites, notably to social media sites such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. The app also provides links to websites provided by the exhibiting artists. Note that these external sites are not operated by me. Therefore, I strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. I have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time, and so you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page, and updating this page is considered to be notification of these changes.
