Databases are a great place to get authoritative information. Please go to the library website “Web Research Resources” page and check out the databases there. If you are not on a desktop computer at school, you will need to find these databases on mel.org/Databases.
A particularly good database for this project is eLibrary. Simply type in the name of the invention you’re looking up, and many will have a full article that immediately appears.
WorldBook Kids is another great encyclopedic database to use. Access it through mel.org/Databases.
