The Fantastic Beast 

The Griffin is a type of Lion and eagle that has become very rare.

A Griffin has the body of a lion and a Eagle. The lion part of it is usually the body of the lion and the eagle part, is the head and the wings which is really cool to know. As a Griffin moves, it sends out signals to people and little tiny sparks of light.

Like the normal Griffins, the Golden Griffin lives in the forests. They are very shy and therefore are not often seen. During the day, they fly in the sky but away from people. At night, the Golden Griffin can be seen by moonlit pools.         

Golden Griffins feed on meat and insect. However, they can also be tempted with apples. Additionally, some like to eat fruit.         

Because Golden Griffins have magic in their mind, this has meant that they have been hunted down and meanly all of them have died.But there are now no more Golden Griffins left.
