ALL-INCLUSIVE Membership Tuition Rates for 2017-2018 Dance Year

Class weeks will vary between 3-5 weeks each month.    This has already been taken in

consideration, and will not affect the all inclusive monthly tuition rate.

We do not charge less, or more each month.

*All-inclusive Rates are based on 1 enrolled student.   Additional costs will be

added for each additional student in the family.  This cost will cover the recital package

for additional students (reduced cost from the first package).

*The rates listed are based on enrollment beginning in the month of August.

In August, the tuition  will be divided equally into 10 installments.  If student’s

enrollment begins in September,  there will be 9 months to divide the tuition.

If student enrolls in October, there will be 8 equal months, etc.  Fewer months to divide the

Tuition will result In a higher cost each month, simply

because there are fewer months to divide the costume and recital expense.

*Tuition Adjustments will be made for classes not performing in recital. This includes all

Acro classes, as well as upper level ballet classes that require multiple class days,

but having only one recital performance.  The highest level of ballet class will have 2

Recital performances, but three days of practice are required. .

When are payments due?

Payments are due the 1st of the tuition month.

The first payment will include the registration fee and the first month of class.   We accept credit or check payments.  We no longer accept any cash payments.    The best payment method is to have a credit card listed on account to be auto transacted.  Everyone is busy, so quite often the other methods of payment tend to arrive late.  A late fee of $25 will be posted to the accounts if tuition is unpaid by the 4th of the month.

What are your make-up policies?

We understand that a student will miss a class, or two during the year.  We will allow a make-up class if a similar class is available, but it is not guaranteed.  As the year end recital draws nearer, it is harder to provide a makeup class due to performance practice. Please note:  If excessive classes are missed, even for valid reasons, the teacher has the right to remove the student from parts of choreography, and possibly even remove the student from the recital performance dance.  Two, or more absences in a one month period of class is considered excessive.

Weather:  It is rare for us to cancel classes because of weather.  We will follow the school closing announcements, but we will also email and post updates on facebook.   If classes are canceled because of weather, we will ask you to make-up in another class, or will provide a make-up day.  Classes will not be given a credit.

If classes are canceled due to staff  being out of town, or illness, we will provide a make-up alternative, or credit your account if an alternate class is unavailable.

What if I need to withdraw from a class?

We would like to have the opportunity to discuss the situation so that we may offer a different solution.  Notification must be given prior to the next payment due.

No money already credited to your account will be refunded.

Do you offer private lessons?

Each teacher has their own availability and pricing.  Please contact the office for solo, or group scheduling and pricing.
