After having read about and hearing from your teacher about Tribal Sovereignty it's time to consider and write about the following issues:

1. Do you think that the Federal or State Government has the right to set limitations on what Native American tribes can or cannot do? Explain.

2. Why do you think there is still so much tension between some residents and business owners and Native American tribes as they relate to fishing, hunting and gaming rights? What are some potential solutions to the disagreements?

3. Do you feel like the Federal and State government respect Tribal Sovereignty? Support your answer.
