  1. Course Development – Erik
  1. Seacan has been delivered.  Erik/Adam/Sean currently have keys.  We may want to get some more cut?
  1. Still need to pay that invoice;
  2. Someone put pallets in the front of it by the door, which quite helps with the mud
  3. Erik bought 3 shelving units and organized the unit
  1. Bike Racks - heard back from the city; $5,100 total for 2 bike racks (our half is $2,050).  We could install them ourselves, or contract them out.  We will reach out to see about cheaper options.
  2. Forestry Farm
  1. Have not yet met with the city (they cancelled the 1st meeting).  Will reach out.
  1. Donna
  1. City has said ‘no’ to additional holes.
  2. Last 1 month period, udisc had 1250 scored rounds on Dief, ~500 on Reid (including sears), and just 52 at Donna
  1. Turf
  1. Will need to reach out to the guy we used last year for pricing.
  1. We think the big roll of turf we have is 15’ by 100’ (and we have the leftover turf from last year)

  4. Finance committee had a meeting, and got a start on dealing with the backlog of transactions

  1. We’re not running it, but yes, we approved renting Mark our 9 baskets, and loaning some of the club assets to him for the event

  1. Queer Disc golf on July 28th.  We are assisting, not running.
  2. Nutrien Festival is coming up September long weekend.  If we are to be involved, we need to have some further discussions and lock down volunteers;

  1. Wants the data we collected from members (that we are authorized to provide), and the $5/member we committed to.  Discussed privacy implications/disclosure/waivers for future years.unday term.
