Collection and Use of Personal Information
Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact any individual. It can be your name, address, telephone number, email, photo or facial data. When you utilize our services, we will receive personal information from you. BinaryVR does not collect any personal information unless you choose to voluntarily provide it to us. If you are requested to disclose certain personal information that you do not wish to provide, please do not share it.
What Personal Information We Collect
§ When you use our services or contact us, we may collect information about you such as your name, address, telephone number, email, photo or facial data. BinaryVR does not collect any personal information about you unless you choose voluntarily to provide it. However, if you are asked to disclose certain personal information that you do not want to share with BinaryVR, then you may not be able to fully access our service features.
§ We may also collect the following types of information during your use of our service: mobile or computer device information, the type and version of the OS being used, service utilization records, basic data on usage, and other similar types of information.
How We Use Your Personal Information
§ The personal information submitted to BinaryVR or collected may be used to help us develop, operate, and improve our services, products, contents, and advertising, as well as for anti-fraud and loss prevention purposes.
§ The personal information we collect also allows us to provide customized services (including processing any searches or requests for information about our services, or providing customized services).
§ We may use personal information to assess and analyze the market, the customers, and our services or to enable us to monitor, review, and improve the services we currently offer.

How Long We Keep Your Personal Information
§ BinaryVR will keep the personal information provided to us no longer than is necessary to accomplish the purpose or purposes of the collection of such information, or as otherwise required by law. Once the purpose or purposes have been accomplished, BinaryVR will destroy your personal information by shredding or incinerating any information that exists in paper format, or deleting any information that exists in electronic format, thereby making such electronic information irreproducible.
Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information
BinaryVR may collect data that is not directly connected to a single individual or non-personal information. For example, we may collect information relating to file content that is saved in user storage on the service. We may also gather information regarding the number of visitors and the frequency with which they visit as well as the services and products they prefer. This data helps us better understand customer behavior and improve our services and products. In addition, if you allow access to any information stored on any of your other internet service accounts such as Google or Facebook, or with other service providers within the service, BinaryVR may collect and save that information on its server so that you may easily access the information during your use of the service.
Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
§ BinaryVR may at times disclose certain personal information to our affiliates and subsidiaries or our strategic partners that work with us to provide services, or that help us market to our customers. We will, however, only provide such personal information to improve our services, and for purposes of advertisement. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties for independent marketing or business purposes.
§ We may also provide personal information to service providers (to the extent that it is needed to perform the duties and functions) that help us create, develop, maintain and operate our services.

We may also disclose such information when we have good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of BinaryVR, its business partners, customers, or others as required or permitted by law.

Right to Verify Personal Information
§ Keeping your personal information accurate and up to date is of the utmost importance to BinaryVR. If any information you previously provided has changed, or you no longer desire to use our services and products, we will correct, update, or remove your personal information upon request; however, BinaryVR may retain copies of such information if necessary to comply with governmental orders, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, or to enforce any agreement between you and BinaryVR.
§ If you no longer wish to use our services and would like to remove your personal information, you may contact the Support Team via written notice or email, in which case we will promptly confirm your cancellation.
§ Any request to change your personal information should be made to the Support Team.
We maintain reasonable safeguards to protect our systems and the information we collect against unauthorized access, destruction, disclosure, use or alteration. BinaryVR does not warrant the security of any information transmitted to or from BinaryVR over the internet.
Information Collected from Children
We recognize the importance of safeguarding the privacy and safety of children. As such, we do not knowingly collect or use any personal information from children under the age of 13 without the consent of his or her parent or guardian. If we learn that a child has provided us with any personal information absent verifiable parental or guardian consent, we will take steps to delete such personal information as soon as possible.
