Zen Counselling  Worksheet

Description

Describe a moment today where you felt stressed. What was happening, and how did your body and mind react?

Reflect on a recent conflict. Write about it without assigning blame, just describe the situation and your feelings.

What are three things you can hear right now? Focus on these sounds for a few minutes. What did you notice about your state of mind during this exercise?

Recall a pleasant memory. How does thinking about this moment make you feel physically and mentally?

List five things you did today. For each, write whether it was a 'need' or a 'want'. Reflect on how this distinction affects your daily life.

Spend a few minutes observing your thoughts. What pattern do you notice? Are these thoughts primarily focused on the past, present, or future?

Identify an area in your life where you struggle with acceptance. What steps can you take to cultivate more acceptance in this area?

Think about your daily routines. How could you incorporate mindfulness into at least one routine?
