To Whom It May Concern:

          Mrs. Helen Spencer Carson who was initiated into Frances E. Willard Tent No. 74 Department of California - Nevada at Redondo Beach on the 18th day of July  1958 is honorably discharged from said tent, this 17th day of January 1961.  Her eligibilty is based on the service of her Great-Grandfather, James Perry Stutes who served in the Union Army in the Civil War in Co. G, 146th Inf (Illinois) Regiment.
