Choose an effective leader that you know.  This could be someone from history (e.g. George Washington, Napoleon, etc) or a famous political leader nowadays (e.g. Biden, Obama) or a famous business leader (e.g. Bill Gates, Steve Jobs) or someone that you know personally (e.g. class leader, teacher, your  boss at work).

Make a list of the things that they did.  What effective leadership skills did this demonstrate?
