Training Strategies | Face-to-Face with Follow-Up Support
- All teachers attend one meeting each quarter, total of 4/year
- Teachers complete training course in LMS that they will implement themselves
- Teachers send and receive feedback, answer each other's questions, and collaborate via the LMS’ discussion thread
- Robust, ongoing implementation support and feedback
- Follow-up in individual and small-group coaching sessions
- Model lessons from technology coach
- Peer observations; coach teaches class while teacher observes another class
- Collaboration and troubleshooting in voluntary monthly PLC meetings
