THIS ALL BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO POST PORNOGRAPHY IN A 16+Server

Kotazuma, and RVE others on this list have abused their status, to try to circumvent server administration in Jellycord (Hoshiumi Jelly’s Fancord) via a member of the moderation team with the expressed purpose of continuing to present pornographic materials in the general chat of a 16+ server after its explicit banning.  This action borders on the violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1470 and discords terms of service. If the server were to be found in violation of such a TOS all moderation staff and potentially members of the server itself could have lost access to their accounts. As such this rule and these staffers' blatant disregard for it had to be taken seriously.

Ashers was a mod brought onto the team in order to organize events like Jelly's birthday projects in December of last year. In recent weeks he has gone beyond his stated server duties: He opened an exclusive chat (FilterKnights) for Kotazumaa, RVE, And several other Members to Coordinate activities including: removal members who had not violated the servers rules. This behavior incentivize lynch mob behavior and actively encouraged witch hunts which brought the safety of our users into question.

From this I began noticing how the server members were conducting themselves. I stepped in when someone was sharing blatant Fetish material in the general chat, in direct violation of our status as an R-16 server as per standard Phase Fancord. Violations of this nature could easily have resulted in a crackdown from discord itself. This action has in the past resulted in entire staff teams and even members of discord losing access permanently to their accounts in accordance with standard discord policy. Had this happened every member could have potentially lost their account even if they were not direct Participants in the conversation. The reputational damage this could have caused, and the damage to peoples accounts it would bring is not worth the risk, so a hard ban was placed and firmly enforced.

It alerted me to start looking at how the server members were conducting themselves.

I stepped in when someone was sharing Fat Fetish art, and drew the line there as a very apparent boundary I was not having in an R-16 server as per standard Phase Fancord.

They were posting content of a pornagraphic r-18 material in a 16+ server

These violations could have made the whole server Shut down, and every member could have potentially lost their account even if they were not Participants.

As a reminder this is the caliber of individuals we are dealing with.

One of these Night-watch mods (Jngamer1) decided to be proactive and start interacting with chat after I told him what was going on. He went and started messing around with people that he knew personally, to gauge others' reactions. Kotazuma, RVE and Mano. They kept crybullying, Witchhunting,  belittling my Moderators, and in Mod Chat, Ashers is Chastising, not only JnGamer But Roping in The other 2 mods at time that were new and did nothing wrong.

When pressed for comment as to the reason for the existence of “The Filter Chat”. It was admitted to be for keeping “Unwanted” people out of the server as shown. They said, that They “failed, Clearly”.

All of this should go to show that these are sick and twisted individuals acting in patently bad faith with intent of forming a hidden organization which can decide who is allowed to stay or go, making them in effect a moderation team with all of the power, all of the rewards but none of the responsibilities that go with maintaining a healthy server environment.

In further research to the extent of this groups influence I asked Asher if he had been in contact with people in regards to the server, and the identities of such people. This was done in the hopes of clearing up any misunderstandings which may have arisen from recent events and hostilities which had been cropping up as a result of the ban on pornographic material being shown on our 16+ server. While they confirmed the former, they firmly denied letting me see the Latter thus denying my oportunity to solve things amicably and quickly. I believe it’s clear how this could be seen as an active attempt to turn a small disagreement into a larger issue for the benefit of this clique which had formed on the fancord.

With this information it was decided that “General Chat”, and “the filter knights” should be shifted into mod only mode and replaced with a new general chat to prevent the destruction of evidence related to what seemed to be a situation nearing its boiling point.

As an added benefit it was hoped this could reduce tensions which had been building as certain individuals were using the momentum of the chat to encourage Witchhunting and general harassment of the actual moderation team.

It is preferable people be able to direct their anger however unfounded it may be towards myself rather than those who are simply enforcing existing policies. Harassment must not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Kotazuma went out of their way to take out jokes of arming moderators with weapons in a bad faith interpretation again in order to further raise tensions in a situation which had already been resolved. As a reminder the core of this issue is that individuals under the age of 18 should not have access to fetish material on our public discord.

It should be clear by now that these individuals are not good faith actors and instead have made It should be clear already that this was an actively co-ordinated assault on the discord and a blatant attempt at using bad faith arguments inorder to stage a coupe of leadership so that they can take a server for their own.

After all this had been said and done they still felt the need to invite others to the discord who had not yet been members for the express purposes of shaming me for my behavior. These individuals would arrive, mock and deride myself, and the rest of the staff team and then after simply leave. This is beyond unprofessional behavior and I wonder if they would still be so ready to shame others if they were aware the kind of content, and people that they are actively defending.

This is something that could happen to literally any fan server, and I have no doubt at all this is actively being attempted with many other discords. I urge moderators to keep their eyes open to any and all attempts at usurping servers out from under their founders.

These people are abusers, conartists, and manipulators who wish nothing but ill for the community at large and not just myself. If you want to associate with these people you are completely within your right to, but you should always remember what the price of working with those who will pretend to be your friends one minute only to stab you in the back the next will be.

When they disagreed with my handling of the situation BuntyBee attempted to remove my owner status by the deletion of the the server admins moddo role. Again all of this is in the name of protecting their ‘right’ to expose others to fetish materials, violate our rules and discords TOS.
